I received a free digital copy of the contest win on LibraryThing.
MS Saly mentions that her other self-help books focus on personal growth, offering simple, achievable exercises and methods to become more disciplined, calmer, and stay focused. They provide clear guidance, and I own two of her books: (1) Mindfulness and (2) Disciplined without motivation. I want to read “How to stop overthinking everything” since I am a thinker.
These mental strategies serve as micro-reminders that teach readers to breathe, pause, and stay aware of what’s happening. Focus on single-tasking rather than multi-tasking to prevent distractions or interruptions. Consistency is essential for transforming everything. Be steady, alert, and capable. “Clarity in decisions.”
I haven’t found any information about the author on websites or in the books, and I would love to learn more about their expertise or educational background. Nevertheless, the book was welcoming, easy to read, and it inspired readers to be their best selves.
*I am also learning about mindfulness through a certificate program that started on 1/9/26, taking five sessions every other Friday until March 6. The program is titled "Integrating Mindfulness for Professional Service" and involves accountability partners (buddies) to use for personal and/or professional purposes.
