The Awakening Of Tink
After a childhood spent feeling like an outsider, Tink’s world shatters with one devastating truth — she’s not only adopted, but born of magic. When her dormant powers begin to awaken, her adoptive mother reveals her true Aravelle, a dark sorceress who intends to steal Tink’s magic for herself. Narrowly escaping with the help of Magnus, a mysterious Guardian sworn to protect her, Tink is thrust into a realm she never knew existed — one of spellbound forests, ancient kingdoms, and forgotten bloodlines. There, she discovers her true family… and a twin sister, Talia, imprisoned by an evil witch named Serena. Determined to save her, Tink begins her training under the guidance of new allies — friends bound by loyalty, courage, and magic. But the deeper she dives into her power, the clearer it becomes that light and shadow live in everyone — even those she loves most. As betrayal cuts deep and destiny looms near, Tink must decide who she truly the lost girl who ran from her past… or the sorceress who will rise to change it. Can she save her sister and defeat Aravelle before darkness claims them all? Or will her newfound magic become the very thing that destroys her?

I would not recommend this book. It becomes very clear (at least to me) within the first couple chapters that the author did not really care about this book and used some sort of AI prompt or writing tool for the entirety of this book.
The formatting for the physical book is the worst I have seen yet as an actual published to the public book. Every page is double spaced, there are no page numbers, the word "in" is always capitalized, and there are sentences that don't make any sense no matter how you look at them.
Multiple chapters are circling, repeating scenes over and over. I think we spent 7-8 chapters on a training montage that didn't accomplish anything. Throughout the entire book, a single chapter is all that our main character actually does anything other than cry, at least anything truly meaningful for the sad plot that exists. We also cannot keep track of anything. The first chapter our protagonist's room is the the basement, next chapter it's upstairs, but then she's upstairs but listening to her parents argue upstairs more?
Speaking of the plot, through the book we keep forgetting the plot. There is a sister that is 'dying' and doesn't have much time but we spend 'months'(which we are told its been that long, if we go by what we are actually given it's been a few days) doing repeated training montages and then we spend an entire weekend with doing absolutely nothing, then we remember about the dying sister and suddenly leave in a rush. We also keep switching out characters for other characters, or introducing a character that we immediately drop and never see or hear about again. Multiple characters just keep going in and out without any rhyme or reason. The book also cannot keep track of our villains either, first there was one, then for some reason that one villain turns into two different ones, (which is confusing because its the first villain's 'human' name and then the real name but they suddenly are separate people) and then a third for like a chapter before going back to the two.
If I ever read the phrases "You are stronger than you think", "You are not alone", and "For the first time in 'blank'" it will be too soon. Every SINGLE chapter at least one if not multiple of those are said. It quickly became tedious to read this book. If we are not describing the morning light casting gold rays or such across the floor, our descriptions are always listed as 'not this or this, but that' at becomes very repetitive.
Our main character Tink also does not do ANYTHING for the plot. She is useful for one single chapter at the end of the book. Everything else is done by the side characters or happens in the background. That one single chapter where our protagonist does something is also one of the like 5 chapters where something actually happens that we as the reader get to see. Most of this book are nothing is happening scenes.
So, I would not recommend this book to anyone unless they want to become frustrated and confused.

This story is an enchanting blend of magic, mystery, and heart. Tink’s journey from feeling like an outsider to discovering her true heritage is both emotional and exhilarating. The world-building is rich and immersive spellbound forests, ancient kingdoms, and hidden bloodlines all come alive beautifully.
What makes this story truly shine is its depth: the bond between sisters, the weight of destiny, the sting of betrayal, and the courage it takes to choose who you want to become. Tink is a wonderfully compelling heroine, and every twist in her path keeps you turning the pages.
If you love fantasy filled with powerful emotions, dark secrets, and a strong, magical heroine finding her place in a dangerous world, this book is a must read.
