She is the author of a book on computer programming that has been implemented by companies across Silicon Valley, and the critically acclaimed memoir Whistleblower.
Interesting read based on interesting research. I would have preferred the actual research to take more center stage alongside the recommendations, but this is a personal desire for which the author cannot be blamed. The book does get a tad repetitive towards the end, still this enhances the central concepts and makes sure that you will know them by heart!
