Far beneath the icy surface of a distant moon, Earth is building its backup a colony where the best and brightest are sent to persevere in case of a catastrophe.
When a shuttle of colonists goes down unexpectedly, the survivors are forced to unlock the dark secrets of the frozen world and the colony they hope to inhabit. But as they get closer to the truth, they must weigh the cost of their own survival against the very fate of humanity.
The cover for The Sixth Moon: Part One – Backup Plan instantly caught my eye—it’s absolutely gorgeous and sets the perfect tone for what’s inside. I started reading just to sample the first few pages and ended up devouring the entire story in one sitting. It’s fast-paced, atmospheric, and impossible to put down. Ryan was a great main character—relatable, brave, and the kind of protagonist you root for from the start. I’m already eager to see where his story goes next and what challenges he’ll face as the series continues. What really fascinated me, though, was the setting. Europa makes such a unique and chilling backdrop for a story. The icy, mysterious landscape feels alive, hiding secrets just waiting to be uncovered. It’s an intriguing choice for a colony world, and I loved every frozen, otherworldly detail. I can’t wait for the next installment. If this is just the beginning of The Sixth Moon, then we’re in for something special.
