The events of this story occur two years prior to the start of NoFear - ClikByte #1. Noah, unfortunately, remembers none of this... but everyone else does.

Oblivion is a very short prequel story in the ClikByte series. Oblivion is book 0.5 of 5 in the series and introduces just a couple of key characters for the core series. This story was originally published in the BABE23 Charity Anthology and has had very minor edits and changes.

Okay, so for this being just a wonderful little teaser/novella..... I loved it and it has me NEEDING THE BOOK that is coming! I didn't think I could love something with like less than 100 pages. But I did, and I do. The ending definitely has me realizing why I shouldn't be reading any Tate James book before the series is complete (like I vow every time since I finished Kit Davenport and have been waiting patiently) but whoops. I read this and need more of it. I'm very curious to how the series is going to go and am so eager for book 1 that is coming here soon!

What initially drew me in to seeing that there was another new series from Tate James was the character art on her IG and then seeing that this was a series called ClikByte. It's pretty much all influencers and with how social media is pretty rampant in our world I was intrigued. What hooked me again before I read it? The fact this is the largest group of guys with the FMC since I read Ironside Academy. I'm here for it! I know the end of book 1 is going to be a killer cliff hanger because well.... Tate just LOVES doing it just like she did for Oblivion.

The things that draw me in and make me excited for the series? The tropes.
The FMC is exactly that, she's a female buuuuuuuuuut she's pretending to be a boy.
Secret Girl trope? CHECK.
Social Media? CHECK.
K-Pop Elements? CHECK.
Popularity Competition? CHECK.
Also it's WHY CHOOSE! Based off Tate James IG page with artwork there's 7 guys and our FMC makes the..... 8th "guy". Ironside Academy is like 9 or 10 guys. I cannot wait to see the dynamic with this one because I ATE THE OTHER SERIES UP.

WHAT A PREQUEL! This was only five chapters but it was five intriguing, interesting and spicy chapters that already has me hooked on this new Tate James series.

This short and spicy prequel introduces the new Tate James ClikByte world and in true Tate fashion we have alluring characters and a story that has me on the edge of my seat.

Think social media, influencers, technology, hot MMCs and plot twists!

I can't wait for more!

if there’s anything tate james can do, it’s give us a story about a badass fmc so i cannot wait to see noah get into it and give it back to everyone in the story 👏🏽

i can’t wait to see how she progresses in the series, this was a great novella to preface a few of the characters were going to meet later on, and honestly imma need to know what the fuck is going on with some other people during this same timeline!

4 ⭐️ This was such a good novella and has me soooo exited for book 1 in this series!! I loved getting to know Noah and her friends and family and i loved that we got to see what she doesn’t remember in book 1. The story was so gripping and i binged the whole book in about half an hour! The plot has already built up so well and we got such a good look into the characters lives. As much as I’m annoyed at how this ended because i just wanna shake Noah and tell her that her boyfriend is a T*t i also think it’s best she doesn’t remember it. If you’re planning on reading NoFear when it releases in March then i highly recommend you read this story first!!

A short and spicy taste of Noah’s backstory for the upcoming ClikByte series 💕

This story has influencers who make money per clicks, celebrities, a gala ball, spicy scenes, and sets up characters for the rest of the series. There is the FMC Noah who is a famous influencer and is being treated like rubbish by her bf Rich. She wants to start doing a new influencer thing as an adrenaline junkie called “NoFear” (the name of Book 1).

There is a group of hot celebrity influencer guys who I’m guessing will be part of her reverse harem eventually… I can already tell I’m going to be obsessed with Xavier!

No spoilers here, but there is definitely bad behavior in this book. And you just know that Tate is going to deliver up some sweet, delicious revenge in the next books. I can’t wait!!!

Influencers. Rich kids. Betrayal. Secrets. Sold… this 46 page novella is prepping us for Noah’s Origin story so when No Fear lands in March… we will have all we need to dive in and enjoy!

I loved ever second of this novella, and the fact that I, indeed, feel like I was punched in the gut while reading Noah’s night out at an influencer party with red carpet and no shortage of rich kids who came to fame from ClikByte (basically TT), I knew that I will not have a moments of peace until No Fear comes out…

OBLIVION by Tate James might be a short story, but holy moly it was packed with intrigue, spice and twists 🙀. It makes me super excited for No Fear!! I want to know what comes next and what these characters are hiding.

Thank GOD I read this within the same month of release me because I am HOOKED!

I have so many questions and am so incredibly intrigued by this wild ride/crash I just went on.

Teen fame is no joke especially in the social media world so this will be an interesting perspective I had yet to read and Noah seems pretty bad ass even though her decision making skills are a bit questionable - besides maybe Z.

I love Miles and I’m so scared for what is going to happen to him. Oh and F D!ck oh I mean Richard. He’s got to go.
