When your vampire boyfriends learn that the villain you ran from is your ex-fiancé... things get messy.

<
Secrets don’t stay buried for long, and mine detonates at the worst possible moment. The man hunting me is extremely powerful and he’ll do anything to have me back. Now I’m caught between supernatural factions, protected by vampires and monsters while my own kind wants to reclaim me.

As pressure builds, jealousy turns volatile. Kayden loses control, and once that line is crossed, there’s no going back. Death doesn’t come with reversals… at least, not most of the time.

And as we dance between life and death, something else begins to stir - someone ancient, unexpected, and dangerously interested in me. And whatever he wants may be far worse than what I ran from.

Unholy Rebirth, Book 2 in the Nymphs and Vampires trilogy, is a fast-paced, addictive Why Choose paranormal romance, where the heroine will (eventually) end up with all four MMCs.

This is the second book in a series. You need to read book one Savage Thirst first.
It's difficult for me to review this one without giving too much away. There is a lot going on. I found myself frustrated with some of the characters. In the end it all made sense and it was a wild ride. This gets intense with a whole lot of what the heck. There were twist and turns I never could have imagined.
I would definitely recommend this but pay attention to trigger warnings first.

I liked this one.
It is a more interesting and intense look at the journey with Asher, Kayden, and Sage. Some of the action and shocking turns kept my interest the most.

There are things that I do have issue with regarding Sage, however. She is, in my opinion, an unworthy female to be leading the charge for this story. I had hoped that she would have grown more quickly in this book, but for majority of this story there were still behaviors that she was exhibiting that I felt should have ceased. I was led to believe this would happen when what occurred early on in this book, shortly after Asher and Kayden learns the big secret Sage is keeping from them about Darius, but in many ways she kept for too long with her old behaviors. Sage embodies traits that I do not like in my women. It angers me. She would have been punished, possibly fucked and finally left alone had I been forced to entertain her for a time.

If you are able to overlook Sage's antics then this would be an enjoyable journey for you with books one and two. Based on the other elements of this world and occurrences I would recommend the first and second books.

Thank you, Dayna, for holding my hand and my interest during my reading of these two books.

This deserves negative stars. Thought this would be better but it just made me angrier.Sage...I can't express how much I hate her with a burning passion. 🤬🤬She honestly deserves to die. Literally keeps EVERYTHING to herself and does sneaky shit behind her husbands backs when she promised not to. Breaking their trust over, and over, and over again. They really need to leave her ass. Got people killed in the process all for what??? All the deaths are on you. I cant STAND her. I'm so pissed I'm literally going to run over my kindle. 🤬😡👿

A lot more chaotic than the first book with plot twist after plot twist—it gave me whiplash! I think I enjoyed the first book more because it let the story and relationships breathe while this one lost that due to all the fast momentum. I wish it could have taken a beat and really let the characters deal with and grieve over the events that took place before moving on to the next. I wasn’t ready for so much death. 😭

Nonetheless, I’m intrigued about the latest character addition at the end and excited to see where the story goes next.

YOU'RE MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS!!! Please read and pay close attention to the trigger warnings at the beginning of this book. There is some content and scenes in this book that are not suitable for all readers and could be triggering for others. Always remember that your mental health comes first at all times.

Tropes: Why Choose, MFMMM, Runaway FMC, Vampires, Shifters, Banshees, Death-Bound Creatures, Greek Gods, Satyrs, Nymphs, Other Life-Bound Creatures, Gods, Enemies-to-Lovers, Harem builds over Time, Kinks, Paranormal Romance,

Unholy Rebirth is book 2 in the Nymphs and Vampires Trilogy by Dayna Styles. This is a fast-paced, addictive Why Choose paranormal romance, where the heroine will (eventually) end up with all four MMCs.

Unholy Rebirth sees Sage grappling with how she is going to confront her ex without plunging into violence. As we slowly move in the story and watch it unfold, we gain more insight into Darius’s character and why he keeps all his emotions hidden. It’s by a sudden and unexpected twist and turn of events that we watch Sage become a dark nymph. This change forces a very unwilling alliance between the vampires and Darius. Slowly the vampires, Darius, and Sage all work together in order to help Sage reclaim the woman she always has been.

The end, the ending is the brutal and gripping cliffhanger that left me chewing on my bottom lip eagerly waiting for what is going to come next in the final chapter of this trilogy.

What I really loved about this book and this trilogy was the unique twist on showcasing both vampires and nymphs and this 2nd book has left me longing for so much more. This trilogy has showcased way to show vampires and nymphs and I can’t wait to read the 3rd and final book. After that I will defiantly be reading more from Dayna Styles.

I highly recommend this 2nd book in this stunning trilogy by Dayna Styles and I can’t wait until the 3rd and final book in this exciting and gripping trilogy to see how it all ends.

📚✨ Unholy Rebirth by Dayna Styles
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | 🌶️🌶️🌶️

I NEED BOOK THREE. Immediately. Urgently. Desperately.

The twists and turns in this one??? Absolutely unhinged in the best way. Every time I thought I had a handle on what was happening, the story said “that’s cute” and ripped the rug out from under me.

I was literally gasping. Pausing. Putting my e-reader down. Pacing. Picking it back up. At one point I was eating popcorn like I was watching a reality show because the DRAMA was that intense. It was chaos. It was stress. It was perfection.

The tension keeps climbing, the stakes feel higher than ever, and the emotional punches land hard. Just when you think you can breathe? Nope. Another reveal. Another shift. Another “are you KIDDING me right now?!” moment.

And that ending??? Criminal. Actually criminal. I am not okay.

Reading Mood: unwell, pacing the room, aggressively side-eyeing every character, popcorn in hand 🍿🖤

A great follow up to Savage Thirst, Unholy Rebirth throws you right into the action on a rollercoaster of emotions, lies, twists and turns! Sage is staring down the barrel of her own untold truths, she must now find a way face her past while balancing the weight of everyone’s future.

Holy crap was this one full of suspense! I found myself doubting everyone’s loyalty, including Sage herself. This series doesn’t shy away from betrayal, death, or heartbreak which makes the story highly entertaining. It gets dark, it gets brutal, and the stakes reach an all time high.

There were plenty of twists I didn’t see coming, and I’m sure we’re in store for more. I loved when Kayden, Asher, and Darius finally start working together! Adding Darius into the fold was the perfect way to balance Kayden’s cold with Asher’s warmth.

I’m looking forward to see where their story takes us next! If you enjoyed Savage Thirst and want to see the plot thicken then you should definitely read Unholy Rebirth!

I received an ERC of this book.

In Book 2, Sage is grappling with how to confront her ex without plunging into violence. As the story unfolds, we gain deeper insight into Darius’s character and his hidden emotions. However, an unexpected turn of events leads to Sage becoming a dark nymph, forcing a reluctant alliance between the vampires and Darius as they work together to help her reclaim her true self. The book concludes on a gripping cliffhanger, leaving readers eager for what’s next.

I thoroughly enjoyed this story and look forward to seeing how Sage and her husbands defeat the next villain in the story!

This is the second book in the Nymphs and Vampires trilogy. I had to read this book after reading the first one! I needed to see what happened next…
Wow!! This story had my head spinning. I never knew what to expect once I started reading this story. I was never sure if the FMC is crazy or just naive. After reading this book, I’m still not sure. The vampire brothers are still hot and smexy!! I loved this story so much!
Thank you, Dayna Styles, for another spicy and thrilling book. I need the next book ASAP! I need to see what happens next! I have added the Enchanted Bloodlines series to my TBR list because I need more of your books! You have gained another follower in me!!

Disappointed

While the writing itself isn't bad, I'm really disappointed that Sage's character isn't showing any growth. The decisions she continuously makes cause so many problems. It's also hard to believe that she loves her husbands when she is constantly sneaking around and lying to them. What happened in this book is a prime example of her stupidity.

I will admit that I was a little surprised that Darius became part of the harem. I thought he had nefarious motives behind wanting Sage. But I was wrong. The ending was a bit strange, but I guess we'll see if we get some character growth from Sage and see if the guys get close while dealing with the new problem.

Book 2 is fast-paced, addictive why-choose paranormal romance—and the stakes are higher than ever. Sage is trying to face her past without losing herself to violence, but nothing goes as planned. As the story unfolds, we get deeper insight into Darius and the emotions he keeps buried. Then comes a shocking twist that changes everything—Sage transforms into a dark nymph, forcing an uneasy alliance between her, Darius, and the vampires. Together, they fight to help her reclaim who she truly is. And that ending? Absolutely brutal. A gripping cliffhanger that had me desperate for the final book.

hate the cliffhanger

I’m a little bit upset that there was a spoiler in the description about Sage ending up with four men. I would have enjoyed the ride more without the knowledge.
I’m still interested in the story. I’m still wondering about the original fiancé’s goals.
I will definitely read the final book to find out even though I found myself caring less about Sage at the end of this book than I did in the first book
I’m more interested in her vampires getting happy endings.

The second book which is even better than the first one!! The plot twists are insane and you simply cannot put it down until you read to the last page... Everything was perfect, the pace, the characters, the story itself and OMG the introduction of Darius...just when I thought things can't get even better :D I also really loved how the story is taking a darker turn.. Can't wait for the next book!

Possible spoilers ahead.

Unholy Rebirth the second book in the Nymphs and Vampires series, it picks up where book one ended.

Sage’s ex fiancé is in town wanting her back, and her two vampires are not happy.

Trust will be broken, vows will be made and death will come.

Unholy Rebirth is spicy and multiple POV.

And let’s not talk about that cliffhanger.

It's wonderful how authors always have new ideas which surprise their readers! It's a special gift and you find this in the books of Dayna Styles, she astonishes me all the time. Not only are there very hot open door scenes, our nymph really has no easy life!
I'm very curious how the story continues...

If you loved Vampire Diaries, True Blood, you will eat this up! It has all the vibes of all our favorite shows but make it a why choose. 😌 The Darrow Brothers are just perfection! 🔥

I loved how this picked up right where we left off on in book one! And I ate up everything that unraveled in this book and I'm needed book 3!

Wow, what a rollarcoaster of twists, turns, betrayals, lies and emotions.

Its fast paced and had my head spinning in the very best way.

This installment is darker than the first book so I would recommend, prior to reading, that you make yourself aware of the trigger list.

im now, not so, patiently awaiting book 3 because I need more of all of this in my life!!

This was a rollercoaster!!! I knew I needed this book in my life after book 1 and book 2 was even better.

I feel like anything I write here will be a spoiler. So if you liked the first book and need more of Sage, Kayden and Asher - this one is more unhinged than the first. In all the best ways! I’m already pacing waiting for book 3 to release

And now what? No, now I have to wait until book 3 comes out.

This second part of the series was more intense than the first part; a whirlwind of emotions swept through me while reading this book.

This book is dark, suspenseful, with the occasional touch of despair and sadness.
Fortunately, it is also filled with love, hope, and spice.

Blah. So many characters are straight up out of Twilight. Just one or two things changed. Once you see it you cannot unsee it.

I’m just not into this series and the fmc is unlikable. I’m done.
