How can a little novela make me feel so happy !!! I absolutely LOVEEEEEEEEEEEE every single one of Raven’s men and I LOVEEEEEE Raven as well !
The way Ruby Darling portrayed Raven with real insecurities and real body with perfect imperfections that her men ABSOLUTELY WORSHIPPED AND ADORED ! I can’t with these 3 guys , I literally want to have them in real life FOR ME ! Fuck the rest, I want Doctor Dirty Damon, the Demigod Jonas and the Professor Beast Maverick 🥵🔥🥵🔥🥵🔥🥵🔥🥵

I am still NOT a fan of Jonas and Damon together because like I said in my review of the duet it seemed unnecessary and like it happen to please the masses…. Because Damon is SOOOOOOOOO COMPLETELY obsessed with Raven , the man stayed 3 years without any woman just so he could be HER first and be clean for her only , he dropped his entire life and career to follow and stalk her in college and help with her revenge. Then you tell me that after very few and not even important interactions he then ALSO love Jonas ? Pleaseeeee be so fucking for real now. And on the other hand Jonas is would literally DIE for Raven, he is sooooooo needy with her and so so sooooooooooo obsessed that it doesn’t make any sense that out of nowhere he than also love Damon . FUCK THAT ! I am a MMF LOVERRRRRRRRR that’s my favorite type of why choose is with swords crossing and when they are obsessed with the girl equally of even more. The end of my babies story :( loved following these characters and seeing Raven finally get her revenge. I live for a woman who doesn’t stand for shit and does what she has to do. Doesn’t hurt to have 3 men obsessed with you and will do anything for you as well 😂

This was literally everything I wanted for more of Raven & her men! Although I could read about these 4 forever! The spice in this was so freaking hot and filthy, and I ate it up. Ruby’s writing always has me wanting to keep going and is so poetic at times. I mean the way that Damon, Jonas, & Mav all speak to and about Raven always has me swooning!
Audiobook:
The audio for Always is performed in duet by Heather Firth and Joe Arden & they both did an amazing job! At times, you wouldn't even know that there was only one male narrator because the voices for each character were so different and perfect. I would definitely re-listen to this in a heartbeat and would recommend this one, as well as Speak & Stutter, on audio!

Ugh. I do NOT want to say goodbye to these psychotic men and the cunning woman. This series genuinely made me feel like I knew every single one of these characters personally, which honestly might be concerning for me psychologically. I loved every single one of them in their own deeply unwell way.
And this? This was the PERFECT ending. It wrapped everything up so beautifully without losing any of the chaos, obsession, tension, and emotional damage that made me fall in love with this series in the first place.
Without spoiling anything, this book is basically about devotion in its most toxic, obsessive, all consuming form possible…and somehow it still had me kicking my feet and giggling like a fool.
Chapter 10 actually had me in TEARS because it felt like such a perfect goodbye to these characters. Why am I obsessed w fictional psychopaths??? Idk but I love it.
Damon with his constant need to study Raven and keep her close to him at all times. Jonas making it his life mission to make her feel safe and protected. Maverick wanting to completely own her body and soul.
I absolutely swooned for every single one of these men. Every. Single. One.
And Raven. God’s favorite apparently because I’m over here jealous of a mute woman and that feels like something I should probably unpack in therapy.
Also the spice??? Absolutely chef’s kiss. Goddamn. I had to physically put my book down at certain points just to stare at the wall and reevaluate my life choices.
Anyway I’m devastated it’s over and I will now be grieving this series for the foreseeable future.

I just wanna do a massive shout out to Joe Arden and Heather Firth. Both of you were the embodiment of Raven, Damon, Maverick, Jonas, and every character in this book. Sweet baby Jesus this book is hands-down one of the spiciest books. I’ve read and listened to this year. This book was a wild ride that didn’t disappoint one bit. This book will most definitely live rent free in my head for all eternity.
This book made me hot and bothered, at times broke my heart, make me blush, made me squeal, and so many other things. The spice in this book was out of the stratosphere. If you absolutely love a book that receives that beautiful HEA that we’ve all been waiting for, then they spoke is for you. Seriously people you need to get this book because it’s on a whole different level.

This was just like a cute low cortisol very extended epilogue. I can't comment much on it because I enjoyed it but it felt like there were things just missing?
Overall it was cute, I liked the wedding scene and I just kept waiting for the pregnancy to drop. In my head Jonas is the baby daddy, but Damon is option no2.

I. Am. Obsessed!! This novella was the perfect send-off for Raven and her men. Every page felt like a soft, tender gift. Moments that reminded me why I fell in love with them in the first place. Balanced with the kind of spice that has always made their dynamic so electric. And that final lullaby? That wasn't just a goodbye, it felt like a heartfelt tribute to Raven’s entire journey, I felt it deep in my bones.
My only real issue is the ache it leaves behind. How am I supposed to continue with my life without more of their story?

A bitter sweet end to a fantastic series. I am so glad that Raven and the guys all got the happily ever after finally in this and it was just a perfect way of ending their story. This was also such a steamy, hella time. So, if you’re wanting mainly smut this is definately going to be that book for you. Super spicy, super fun.

Raven Monroe and her three men were the first Ruby M. Darling characters I’d ever met. What I quickly learned in “Speak” and “Stutter” is that Ruby deliberately plates a story in which all of the competing character profiles compliment each other without pulling from the heart of the meal: a woman who owns her power and follows her own taste for revenge.
There’s plenty of suspense and character development served equally with notes of humor, spice and dirty banter. Always is a novella, a finale, to accompany the RMU duet.
What Ruby manages to do with Always, in a rebellious and ravenous way, is to let the characters have plenty of emotional and physical intimacy in their own languages. Raven took hold of the pen; Jonas, Damon and Maverick provided a delicious place for her to sketch out and orchestrate one final melody.
It’s Raven’s best work yet.
Heather Firth is back as Raven — and the emotional depth Raven explores as she navigates her domestic relationship with all three men brings softness to Raven’s independent heart. Heather voices Raven’s inner monologue in full voice, and her performance with Raven’s speech and signing are exceptionally raw.
Heather’s natural raspiness and overall tone is a like dipping a paintbrush into just the right colors to paint a perfect gradient — a blended build-up of Raven’s intense feelings and actions while she tries to make sense of this shift in her life. I really enjoyed Raven’s moments with her mom (that black-cat FMC energy is Heather’s weapon of choice).
While I love Raven when she’s full of love and fun, her revenge era is powerfully dark.
Joe “why-choose” Arden brings back the three hottest men in any reader’s dream harem.
The menu?
Obsessive French Doctor Daddy with a penchant for cooking and caretaking.
Dominant Southern Professor with a proclivity for rutting season.
Flirty and Dirty Professional Football Player with a heart of gold and a need to please his baby…and his daddy.
Damon, Maverick and Jonas are the sun, moon and infinite sky in Raven’s universe. Each man provides so much effortless worship energy. Raven’s three men have a greater obsession in common; something they really want to see happen for Raven. The primal desire Joe gives to each of them is as strong as the emotional openness and unconditional acceptance he has given them. The men have helped shape this found family dynamic that is comfortable, curious and categorically HOT.
Joe gives over to these high spice scenes by giving their softer sides a chance to be just as potent. His performance adds a level of emotional intimacy that Heather matches in Raven’s role during these consuming scenes.
Both actors deliver the character to the front of those steamy performances without overreaching. Raven is the maestro of it all: the sexual and non-sexual acts are motivated by a simple and devoted love.
Sweet doesn’t have to balance heat when it is already embedded into the dynamics and is the foundation for the physical relationship. When the heat gets turned up, the characters simply have more time to lean in to their adoration and carefree exploration with each other.

This was such a great follow-up novella to Speak and Stutter. I missed all of these characters so much! This was more smut than plot, but it still gave you the feels with some of their added shenanigans. The spice was so kinky and hot 🔥🔥🔥🔥. This little novella closed up their chapter and I'm sad to see them go. I'm sure we will get some glimpses of them in Sabrina's last book.
This novella takes place 7 months after Stutter. We see Raven and her men happy but dealing with busy lives. Raven starts to get stuck in her head and thinks she will become boring to her men. In reality, her men are busy preparing a proposal and having a ring made. We see them get married and breed her a lot 😅. There is so much spicy time going on 🥵. We also see them get her a special wedding gift in the form of her mother ☠️. Raven finally gets some closure and vengeance. This story ends with her getting pregnant. Raven and her men's lives are just getting started.
Raven and her men are everything. I love their connection, chemistry, and interactions. I loved their banter and spicy times. They're so kinky and filthy 🥵🥵. I really love the bond between all the men. I loved seeing more of the bond and love between Jonas and Damon. Raven will always have some struggles but she is such a strong and badass woman. I loved it when she stole George the gargoyle for Jonas 🥹. I loved seeing her and Jonas so bratty, whiny, and needy. Hearing their wedding vows made me teary. Their wedding was so beautiful and emotional. Ruby did such a fantastic job on this series 🖤. Onto Sabrina's last book and conclusion to this series 😭. 🐦⬛🎻🦋1️⃣9️⃣🏈✨️📚👓🩺🏹 💍☠️🖤

This was such a great follow-up novella to Speak and Stutter. I missed all of these characters so much! This was more smut than plot, but it still gave you the feels with some of their added shenanigans. The spice was so kinky and hot 🔥🔥🔥🔥. This little novella closed up their chapter and I'm sad to see them go. I'm sure we will get some glimpses of them in Sabrina's last book.
This novella takes place 7 months after Stutter. We see Raven and her men happy but dealing with busy lives. Raven starts to get stuck in her head and thinks she will become boring to her men. In reality, her men are busy preparing a proposal and having a ring made. We see them get married and breed her a lot 😅. There is so much spicy time going on 🥵. We also see them get her a special wedding gift in the form of her mother ☠️. Raven finally gets some closure and vengeance. This story ends with her getting pregnant. Raven and her men's lives are just getting started.
Raven and her men are everything. I love their connection, chemistry, and interactions. I loved their banter and spicy times. They're so kinky and filthy 🥵🥵. I really love the bond between all the men. I loved seeing more of the bond and love between Jonas and Damon. Raven will always have some struggles but she is such a strong and badass woman. I loved it when she stole George the gargoyle for Jonas 🥹. I loved seeing her and Jonas so bratty, whiny, and needy. Hearing their wedding vows made me teary. Their wedding was so beautiful and emotional. Ruby did such a fantastic job on this series 🖤. Onto Sabrina's last book and conclusion to this series 😭. 🐦⬛🎻🦋1️⃣9️⃣🏈✨️📚👓🩺🏹 💍☠️🖤

As I expected, this book was amazing. It ended the series exactly the way I hoped it would, and I ended up loving some of the characters even more than before, which I honestly thought was impossible. (But when Jonas is that sweet, what can you do?)

What am absolute fucking good time this was. I didn’t realize just how much I have missed these characters abs story since finishing it until I got to come back into it. Getting this part of their story was chefs kiss. Oh how I have missed Jonas silly ass. Loved how we come full circle and complete with the story. Finally Raven getting her final piece of the puzzle with her revenge journey and them finally getting to come together as a family in all the ways they always wanted. They will forever be my fave little family.

To be fully transparent here, I don’t think we needed a whole novella to answer the questions we had from the last book.
That being said, the best part of these books is definitely the relationships and the depth of the characters and that is still the case here.
We do find out what’s going on with her mom but really, that’s it plot wise.
Again, the editing here really needs work but it was overall a good novella.

How do you end such an amazing story? I need more of raven and her men. I am absolutely a professor fan, he definitely hits the spot for my likes lol. I mean I wouldn’t want to give any of them up, but he is definitely my favorite. The spice in this book is top level like the first 2 and I’m here for it! I am so glad Raven was able to get closure with all those who plotted against her. She deserves that happiness. And those men, they stick by her side no matter what and help her do whatever she wants! Now I need more of her bestie and her two men!
Oh and how can I forget…George is finally home!!

The spice in this book was great. Like really great. And the scene in Inferno? Yes please! Ruby.. a round of applause for that one. 👏🏽
This is very much spice heavy and light plot.
My biggest issue was Raven. She is just not an FMC I have been able to vibe with since the very beginning.
The way she cannot function without her men genuinely had me irritated. At one point she holes herself up in her room and stops eating because she thinks they are getting “bored” of her. Insert the heaviest eye roll of all time here. Because, what? Why?..
Damon, Maverick, Jonas, I love them.

I absolutely loved being back with Raven and her men. This novella was smutty as hell and I was chucking ice cold water while listening to Heather Firth and Joe Arden narrate. This book wrapped Raven's story in nice pretty bow. She can finally live happily ever after with her men and no shadows lingering.
