"For far too long, I’ve been trapped in my head, convinced that the answers were written in black and white. That this is all that we were meant to be, but I can’t help but wonder, could she ever fall for me?"

If In the End broke your heart, Fall For Me gently—and beautifully—puts it back together.
This sequel was everything I hoped for and more. Where the first book was raw, painful, and deeply emotional, Fall For Me brings healing, growth, and a hard-earned happily ever after that feels completely deserved. And let me be clear: this HEA is powerful because of everything these characters survived to get there.
Cole Gray’s writing shines just as strongly here, if not stronger. The emotional depth, the introspection, the way the characters wrestle with their own minds and fears—it all feels so real. Nothing is easy, nothing is rushed, and that’s what makes it so satisfying. You can feel the evolution of the characters on every page, especially in the quiet moments where hope starts to outweigh the doubt.
Even without a detailed overview, this story speaks for itself. It’s about letting go of the black-and-white thinking, allowing yourself to believe in something more, and daring to hope that love can grow after heartbreak. Watching that shift happen was incredibly moving.
I truly loved both books, but Fall For Me holds a special place because it delivers healing without erasing the pain that came before. It honors the journey, the trauma, and the resilience it takes to choose love again.
If you read In the End, you need to read Fall For Me. This duet is emotional, thoughtful, and unforgettable—and that happily ever after? Worth every tear along the way.
This is a beautifully written, emotionally resonant novella that lingers long after the final page. Cole handles trauma with such care and restraint, allowing healing and love to unfold gently and authentically.
The connection at the heart of this story is tender, earned, and deeply moving. Proof that love doesn’t have to be loud to be profound (Iykyk). Every page feels intentional, filled with empathy and understanding rather than a display.
This book isn’t just read, it’s felt. A courageous and compassionate continuation that left me holding my breath in the best way.
I received this book as an ARC in exchange for an honest review…
Okay… the 1st book of this duology had me hooked and the ending made me want to cry and pull out my hair…
This one is no exception!! I love Kimberly and Brittnee’s story. Their love and support for one another is completely unmatched. The way Brittnee understands Kimberly, the way she cares for her, and treats her like a normal person (despite all that goes on) tugs at your heart strings.
As someone who has dealt with my fair share of mental health issues, this one hit home.
Cole Gray never fails when it comes to writing a powerful story. The mental health representation is always phenomenal and she always manages to put a twist in the story that’ll leave you shocked and surprised. And this story in particular?? A HEA <3
Don’t forget this book 2! Make sure you read “In the End” first!!
This is a beautiful sapphic romance that wraps up Kimberly's story after one heck of a cliffhanger from book one, In The End. I love how author Cole Gray starts off the book explaining exactly what happened to Kimberly, while also giving us a glimpse at the beautiful friendship bound to blossom into more. I'm so glad I read this book and was able to witness Kimberly's much deserved happily ever after 🖤
The long awaited sequel to In The End landed with an explosion. This was chefs kiss, absolute perfection. Kimberly is not only healing from her physical injuries but also the ones we can't see. It was truly a privilege to get to see this story come to an end how it did. The author has a way about bringing all of her words on the page come to life effortlessly. Cole Gray is not the indie author to sleep on, her stories will stay with you, her characters will make you laugh, cry and really feel right along with them. I will always crave more of anything Cole writes and never stop spreading the word about her books. The best thing for your 2026 TBR is to add this duology to it and then tell everybody so they can share this experience with you, you will not regret it.
