Working with AI as a Partner

I recommend this book as a useful guide for AI beginners, which can help to get the best out of this new technology. The narrative is well-structured as a daily progress-tracking journal, with reflection, recap and next steps at the end of each chapter. I liked how it encourages us to make AI a real partner, not just an assistant or a tool. From setting the tone to designing prompts to generating and integrating words and images - the reader will be able to learn effective techniques for all of these. A key takeaway from the book is that there is no short-cut even with AI. The need for human inputs at every step is well-explained.

Helpful guide that I can return to!

I enjoyed this book and found it easy to follow. I liked being able to copy and paste the prompts and practice while learning instead of just reading. The section on image creation really clicked for me, especially learning about Leonardo and how it connects with Canva. That was interesting and helped things make more sense. It’s a helpful beginner guide, and I’m glad I read it. I’ll definitely keep it in my library as a reference to come back to as I keep learning AI.

Excellent AI Guide for Beginners

AI in Practice is an excellent AI guide for beginners. This is a professionally crafted book. No BS, straightforward and with valuable insights for people who are not computer nerds. It really keeps it simple but relevant. It is also well structured and it does not overwhelm you with theoretical overload, instead it feeds you with the pragmatic basics. Well done.
