This may be a novella, but honestly… you’ll understand exactly what you’re getting into from the dedication alone.
This book is all smut, no plot. Filthy, depraved, and completely unhinged in the way it leans into its darkness.
We have three men from a Cosa Nostra family who take a “prize” and set out to break her in every twisted way imaginable inside their dollhouse. And the thing is… the FMC isn’t as innocent as she seems. Beneath it all, she craves that same depravity.
It’s a full-on why choose dynamic, and yes… the men don’t just share her, they share each other too. That only adds to the intensity and pushes the story even further into taboo territory.
There’s no deep storyline here. No emotional complexity or layered development. This is a story built purely on desire, lust, and raw physical exchange. If you’re looking for plot, this isn’t it. If you’re here for dark, taboo spice with zero restraint… then you already know why you picked this up.
For me, it’s a 3⭐ read at most.
Now the audiobook? That’s a completely different story.
The full cast narration absolutely elevates everything. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again "voice actors can make or break a book", and this cast delivered. The performance was intense, immersive, and honestly better than the material itself.

Dark, Twisted, and Totally Addictive!
This was such a wild, intense listen! The narrators did an incredible job bringing Jenna and her three masked hunters Vladimir, Vegah, and Dimitri to life.
The tension in 'The Dollhouse' was palpable, and I loved the dark, predatory 'bunny hunt' energy throughout. It’s short, fast-paced, and packed with high-heat spice.

Ram Bam thank you ma’am and Heavenly Father I’ve just sinned are the two phrases that came to mind after reading/listening to this story! BUT, before you dive in check your trigger warnings! Holy smokes I wasn’t prepared for this book and yet I don’t regret a single moment! What more could I ask for when this story contains mafia, unhinged men, why choose, depravity, and smut galore. Each character delivered the right amount of pleasure from every angle with exquisite technique! I was so envious of the FMC. The narration was performed in duet multicast by Blair Thatcher, Joe Arden, Devon Ryder, & Ryan Hudson. Man oh man what a powerful cast this was with a performance that had me shaking to my core and wanting more! Every word and feeling generated by these narrators was intoxicating, authentic, and sensual! Thank you Blue Nose Audio and Samantha Barrett for this fantastic ALC experience!

SO she goes to The Dollhouse to have fun and shed off some steam of being the prosecutor. She had one experience that she hasn't been able to recreate or anjoy as much, so she keeps going back in hopes of having the same experience with three of the masked men she had the original scene with.

Masked Captors, Dimitri, Vegah & Vladimir, own the Dollhouse. This is a safe space for people to have their brand of fun with rules to protect everyone. The most important rule is that their identities are hidden, one person is hunted and on ther un until they are caught among other rules. But things aren't always as they seem here.
The tension in this book is UNREAL! You can feel it come off the pages and through your ears in every scene that is played wirth these characters. Let's not forget about the SPICE!!! It is out of this world, and may unlock some new kinks for you! It has to be one of the hottest books I have read. I have already went and bought the rest of the books in this series!

Mixed well into the drama of the court case, with scenes depicted in the doll house, Jenna is sure she will not be allowed to survive.
But she doesn't know that the 3 men have claimed her as theirs.
As long as she deals what she promised in court and that is to see Monte behind bars for life, then all will be good.
Many good twists in the story, but have to say that is all white noise to me as I just loved the doll house and all that it offered Jenna!
Does she get a HEA with her 3 mafia men who have eyes just for her? Of course!
Always a HEA for our heroine and their men!

Samantha Barrett really looked me dead in the eyes and said “what if we mixed mafia men, religious guilt, degradation, masked obsession, primal fear, and the filthiest dirty talk imaginable?” and honestly… thank you for your service.
The entire Dollhouse premise had me in a chokehold. Jenna being a prosecutor trying to put their father behind bars while simultaneously being drawn to the darkness of the club because of the desires she’s spent her whole life suppressing??? EXCUSE ME??? That internal battle between wanting to be a “good Christian girl” while craving danger, control, sin, and being used absolutely ate me alive.
And Vladimir, Vegah and Dimitri??? Dear God. These men had mouths so filthy I swear I needed to hydrate between chapters. The possessiveness, the control, the teasing, the psychological games??? Yeah this was a one-handed read and I’m not even pretending to be ashamed about it.
The snowball scene??? RENT FREE. Permanently. If you know, YOU KNOW. 🫠
But what really got me was how dark and twisted the power dynamics became. The scene where they tortured her for information by fucking each other in front of her instead of touching her?? Actually insane behavior. Teasing her to the point she safeworded and passed out while they denied her what she wanted was somehow both cruel and ridiculously hot. And then the way Vladimir, Vegah and Dimitri took care of her afterward??? That contrast between brutality and care is exactly the kind of toxic fictional nonsense I eat up every single time.
I also loved that underneath all the smut and chaos there was actual emotional tension, family drama, mafia politics, and this constant theme of corruption and surrender running through the story. Jenna wasn’t just fighting them — she was fighting herself and the parts of her that wanted the darkness just as badly as they wanted her.
This book felt like a fever dream made specifically for girls obsessed with masked men, praise/degradation, fear play, religious guilt, and morally black mafia MMCs.

I think that Samantha cannot outdo a book and then another is released and it is hotter, sexier, dirtier, so much more depraved and darker that the last one.
Jenna is a lawyer trying to take down Monte, The Don of the Cosa Nostra. This girl has some dark desires and finds herself in “The Dollhouse” unexpectedly. Enter the three masked men who actually were able to satisfy her dark desires, but she finds out they are the same guys trying to get information from her for her case against their family.
Dimitri, Vegah and Vladimir-her three masked men who she had no idea who they are, are equally trying to find out what she knows and not allow her to ruin their family. These men show her a dark and depraved time! Truth or Dare extreme yes please!
As the truth comes out, secrets are revealed and they realize what's really going on and what Monte is planning. She might seem like a straight arrow in court but in private she likes to let go and have things rough and dirty, spending her free nights at The Dungeon searching for a feeling close to the night when three men took her at once.
Dimitri, Vegah and Vladmir are high members/family of the Cosa Nostra and have slowly worked their way into Jenna's life without her even knowing about it. Now with the trial to put the Don away approaching fast they kick their plan to get answers into gear by taking Jenna to The Dollhouse.
This book was dark, rough and incredibly dirty. The line between consent and non consent was blurred so often. It was short and spicy but still fantastic to watch the underlying story unfold to a mostly happy ending in the end (where all embrace the darkness within).
Lots of triggers in this one so definitely check them out first but for a fast, hot and rough ride I definitely recommend.

This is pure unhinged smut that will leave you hot and bothered!!

Honestly this was mostly spice with a side of plot. But when the plot was there it was interesting. I mean we have why choose, mafia vibes, kidnapping, enemies to lovers, masked men and taboo.
It’s a 10/10 if you ask me!
The narrators were incredible! They brought the characters to life.
Blair Thatcher as Jenna was everything. She was sassy and knows exactly what she wants!

Jenna may appear on the outside a well put together lawyer, some would say very vanilla! However! She is far from "vanilla." On the inside, she just wants to be chased, hunted by three masked men who she cannot stop thinking about! Those three men are, Vegah, Dimitri, and Vladimir, who are apart of a Mafia family. The same family that Jenna is trying to take down the Don in court! When things start to heat up and morals are questioned, decisions need to made!
This stellar cast of voice actors, Blair Thatcher, Joe Arden, Devon Ryder, & Ryan Hudson are just spectacular in their depth and range in their performances! At times their performances had me stop what I was doing in seer awe

Somebunny Hunts You by Samantha Barrett is a why choose masked men romance novella that I listened to on audio narrated by Blair Thatcher, Joe Arden, Devon Ryder and Ryan Hudson. This is the third book in the Malevolent Sinners and can be read as a standalone.
This is the second book of Samantha's that I have read, and it won't be my last. I was pulled in from the first chapter and couldn't help but binge the book in one sitting. I loved the chemistry between Vladimir, Dimitri, Vegah, and Jenna. I really enjoyed getting all of their points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.
Blair, Joe, Devon, and Ryan did an amazing job on the narration. They all really know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.
I would recommend this book if you're looking for a quick steamy read.

The FMC is a well-known prosecutor and she is into some wiiild things in her personal life.
The three MMCs are mafia men and guys! The boyfriends are boyfriends!!! Each one of the men brought their own brand of unhinged, possessive energy 🥵. I ate it up.
This is definitely 90% smut and 10% plot. It is twisted, fast-paced, and fully leans into that dark and dangerous vibe.
If you love why choose, morally gray masked men who are obsessed with one woman, forbidden romance and captive/captor then you don’t want to miss out on this one.

Somebunny Hunts You was unputdownable. I read this book in one day and went back to reread a few chapters that were my favorites. I love the Malevolent Sinners series; they are always filled with a little drama, mystery, angst, and spice. This book is one of my favorite RW/Why Choose romances by this author. The storyline was exciting, page-turning, and original. I was hooked by chapter one and didn’t stop until I reached the end. I love the multiple POV’s that we get in this book. I laughed, my heart broke, and I swooned a few times, and I fist-pumped for all the main characters. I thought the characters were complex and had interesting back stories, and I enjoyed the chemistry they all shared, even when they are masked and very bossy, dominant, and total Alphas. I can’t wait to see what comes next in this series!!!
