Billionaires of Pleasure Valley #6

Her Festive Billionaire

Rate this book
Age-gap holiday romance—Christmas-empire billionaire hero meets his most spirited employee in a forced-proximity instalove story blending return-to-office chaos, grumpy/sunshine tension, and three days that were never going to stay professional.

ONE MANDATE. THREE DAYS. ONE GRUMPY BILLIONAIRE WHO NEVER SAW CHRISTMAS COMING.

I SHOWED UP WITH TINSEL IN MY HAIR. Six months of building something real from my cozy condo, and Eli Shepard decided the week before Christmas was the perfect time to mandate a return to office. I walked in ready to hate him on principle. What I didn't expect was stumbling into his office and discovering that the man who'd forgotten what season his own company was built on had been reading every word I'd written for months. That was inconvenient information.

HE HADN'T EXPECTED HER EITHER. I know my employees' work—I make it my business. What I hadn't anticipated was knowing her work so well and having no idea what she looked like until she appeared in my doorway with tinsel in her hair and indignation in her eyes. She had three days before her flight home. I had absolutely no plan for what to do with that.

TOGETHER, THE DEADLINE BECAME AN EXCUSE TO STAY LONGER. He offered to help me finish my assignments. We ended up alone in his conference room talking about everything except work, and I understood that Eli Shepard wasn't emotionally unavailable—he was just waiting for someone who didn't treat his walls like a warning sign. Three days is not enough time for this. It's also apparently all it takes to become completely certain about a person.

He runs a Christmas empire and forgot what the season felt like. I write about magic for a living and stumbled into the real thing nine floors above my own apartment. He didn't believe in any of it. He believes now. I watched it happen in real time, over a deadline neither of us was thinking about anymore. He called me back to that office looking for productivity. What he found was the one thing his Christmas empire had been missing. I'm not going back to pajama pants. He's not letting me.

He built a world of order. She walked in with tinsel in her hair and turned it upside down.

Gabriella Travers never plans to fall for her boss’s boss’s boss. She’s just trying to survive Festive Media’s last-minute return-to-office mandate before Christmas. But when she crashes into the CEO’s world, everything changes. He’s powerful and guarded, she’s chaotic and warm, and neither expects the spark that pulls them together.

Eli lives by control, but Gabriella’s energy knocks down every wall he hides behind. Late nights, shared takeout, and unexpected conversations start to blur the lines between professional and personal. What begins as tension turns into trust, and what starts as attraction becomes something that feels a lot like love. ‍

But power and vulnerability never make easy companions. For Gabriella, love means risking her heart and her career. For Eli, it means facing the loneliness he’s spent years denying. Together, they learn that peace doesn’t come from perfection, it comes from letting someone truly see you.

A steamy, instalove, age gap, grumpy sunshine, billionaire Christmas workplace romance exploring love, vulnerability, self-discovery, power dynamics, emotional healing, holiday spirit, belonging, and transformation. It’s about control meeting chaos, about how love can melt walls built from loneliness and fear, and how two imperfect people find connection, healing, and home in each other, discovering that even in the quietest moments, real magic still exists.

The Elevator Pitch: A sizzling holiday romance where glitter collides with grit and turns a cold office into something electric. When a sunshine-hearted copywriter crashes into her brooding billionaire boss, attraction ignites faster than Christmas lights. Their story's full of heat, heart, and finding real magic in the mess of falling in love.

Her Festive Billionaire by Lilah Hart is an exceptional holiday novella that stands out for its engaging storytelling and memorable characters. The book features witty banter, a delightful grumpy-sunshine dynamic, and palpable chemistry between the main characters.

Eli Shepard, the founder and CEO of Festive Media Studios, makes a bold decision to call his remote workforce back to the office just a few days before Christmas. This move is viewed as unbelievably grinch-like by Gabriella Travers, a new copywriter at the company. Attempting to adapt to the new office environment and locate her immediate supervisor, Gabriella finds herself in a clumsy first encounter with Eli, filled with embarrassment that is vividly portrayed through Lilah Hart’s writing.

The initial meeting between Gabriella and Eli is less of a traditional meet-cute and more of a meet-awkward, setting the stage for their evolving relationship. Gabriella’s cheerful outfit and enthusiasm for the holiday season quickly capture Eli’s attention.

When Eli discovers Gabriella working late to finish an article she’s having some difficulty with he offers his help. This gesture allows the two to spend more time together, deepening their connection and igniting romantic sparks between them.

Both Eli and Gabriella are crafted with depth and compatibility, making them a perfect pair within the story. Her Festive Billionaire is the sixth installment in the Pleasure Valley Billionaires series, and it consistently meets the high standards set by its predecessors. With its short length, steamy romance, and satisfying happily-ever-after, I highly recommend this novella for fans of holiday romance!.

Gabriella has tinsel in her hair when she headed into work in her Christmas sweater for Festive Media Studios’ because of the company wide email that had dropped unexpectedly the previous morning. Her boss’ boss’ boss, Eli Shepherd wanted to have a team bonding meeting. Since she had been working remotely Gaby doesn’t know where she is supposed to go and ends up being a wrecking ball. lol. She apologizes profusely and he is slightly upset, but mostly amused at her. He knows who she is and finds her refreshing. He is impressed with her copywriting. He tells her where she needs to go and when she realizes who he is, and the fact that he is a total hottie, she is upset. Eli is fascinated by her and how she is so holiday themed. Gaby texts Sutton about her mess up. Plus, we find out that Eli & Gaby live in the same building, of course, The Reboot. Gaby messes up a bit more that day, and Eli decides to talk to her about it and give her a ride home because it is so late. But, since she isn’t done with what she is working on, they discuss it. He helps her finish up and they impress each other. As they talk, they find out more about each other and he is shocked at one thing- she hasn’t ever dated, or done a bunch of stuff.

The book is fun, funny, sweet, romantic, steamy and adorable. It is also very interesting work-wise. The only thing I didn’t like about the book is that it seemed to go by so fast and was so short. I love the ending.

Memories of belonging and being loved.

Eli Shepard has ordered every employee back to the office this morning. The office had become too quiet for him to function.

Gabriella had taken this job as a copywriter because she wanted to work at home, not at an office. There's too much noise and too many distractions in an office for her to be able to concentrate on doing her job. In search of a quiet place to work, she finds a perfect room. Unfortunately, the space belongs to Eli. Then, to make matters worse, she knocks over his display of awards he's been presented.

There's something about this woman that calls to his soul. She's everything he never knew he needed or wanted. He wants and needs her. She brings back precious memories of his grandmother, who had always given him the sense of being loved and belonging. The question is, how does she feel about him?

He may be able to force her to come into the office, but he can't make her give up her festive garland in her hair.

Gabriella's helicopter parents made her realize what she truly wants in her life. She wants to belong to a family and to know the sense of belonging and of being accepted and loved no matter what. Family isn't restricted to only blood relatives; family can be anyone you choose to accept as such.

Her Festive Billionaire is the kind of Christmas romance that goes down fast and leaves you smiling long after the last page. Gabriella and Eli’s story is packed with holiday cheer, workplace tension, and that irresistible grumpy/sunshine contrast that Lilah Hart does so well.

Gabriella’s arrival—complete with festive flair and barely contained frustration—sets the tone perfectly. She’s bright, funny, and unapologetically full of Christmas spirit, which makes her the perfect counterbalance to Eli’s controlled, buttoned-up billionaire world. Watching his carefully managed routine unravel as he starts to really see her was incredibly satisfying.

What stood out most was how intentional Eli felt as a hero. Beneath the gruff exterior is a man who pays attention, respects Gabriella’s work, and quietly supports her in ways that matter. Their chemistry builds quickly but naturally, and the forced proximity plus looming holiday deadline adds just the right amount of pressure and sparkle.

This novella delivers exactly what it promises: festive vibes, swoony moments, and plenty of heat, all wrapped up in a tight, bingeable read. If you’re in the mood for a quick, steamy Christmas romance with heart, humor, and a billionaire who learns to believe in holiday magic, Her Festive Billionaire is an easy five-star pick.

Great Series!!

I absolutely loved reading all of the billionaire stories. Eli and Gabriella were fantastic characters. Loved all of the characters and the storylines so much. Gabriella having to go into the office right before Christmas was annoying her immensely. She gets there and sees no where for her to work. She heads down a hallway looking for her immediate supervisor and ends up in the owner’s office, Eli Shepard, where she knocks over all of his awards because her bag got hooked onto the doorknob. Made me lol. She apologizes so much as she bends down to pick up the awards she has no clue whose office she’s in. He asks her name and she says she’s new (6mos.) and he probably doesn’t know who she is. He says he’s read everything she has written. Gabriella was so surprised. As she left his office and went to look for her supervisor’s office she sat in there. At the end of Eli’s work day he walks down the hall and sees light under the door to his conference room. He opens the door and sees Gabriella. She’s typing away and doesn’t hear him. When she notices him it scares the crap out of her. He asks what she’s working on and she tells him but says she’s stuck. He helps her out and then he suggests they order some dinner and… 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰💜💜💜💜💜☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

First impressions are the most memorable

Her Festive Billionaire is the sixth and final book in the Billionaires of Pleasure Valley series. The last of the roommates and billionaires are about to get matched in this story about Gabriella Travers and Eli Shepard. Three days before Christmas and he has sent an email out to Festive Media Studios employees that they must all return to the office for team-bonding. Gabriella has worked for the company as the only copywriter for the last six months, but always worked from home. So let's just say she is not happy about this change. When she shows up at the office she ends up knocking on the wrong door, proceeds to knock over all the awards from shelves, while making a memorable first impression on the boss and owner. Eli is not happy with the way the team is performing and his way of handling that is to put the return to office mandate out. But he has other reasons hiding deeper down, which the tinsel and glitter Gabriella is about to uncover and call him on. Things will get interesting as these two spar a bit while their sexual tension continues to burn hotter.

Gabriella has been working remotely but apparently her boss's boss's boss calls everyone in for a few days. She's unfamiliar with the office and ends up in Eli's office, knocking his awards down...but he is more amused and besotted by the stunning employee who appears in his office. As he leaves for work that day he finds her in a conference room working on a project. He helps her brainstorm, then order dinner in, and they start getting to know each other. Intimately. #iykyk

As the other books in this series, this was a short, very fun and entertaining book that is sweet and steamy. All the girls are younger than the billionaires they meet, and most of them have some kind of work relationship, but I liked how this story had a slight twist in that it Eli is the one who starts to panic about breaching the employer-employee boundaries, and Gabriella's certainty reassures him. Thank you for another wonderful series of sweet couples!.

Love Changes Everything -
Gabriella wasn’t happy to be called into the office as she usually worked from home, but nothing went right for her from the moment she walked into the building. Eli was a workaholic and didn’t like to be interrupted, so he could understand why he wasn’t upset when Gabriella unceremoniously entered his office and causing a disaster, but rather wanted to get to know more about her.

Gabriella and Eli soon found themselves spending time together after their earlier mishap, where the tension between them led to stolen kisses and a mind blowing steamy encounter. Unfortunately, Eli felt guilty after their encounter, but Gabriella calmed him down and made him aware of her feelings, which gave him the courage to pursue a happily ever after with her.

This is a beautifully written romance, that unfolds in an office setting with exciting characters who had a great dynamic and an enjoyable storyline, that had me glued to the pages from beginning until the end.

Gabriella shows up to Festive Media Studios in a Christmas sweater and tinsel in her hair for a surprise team-bonding meeting called by the big boss, Eli Shepherd.
Working remotely, she's clueless about the location—and crashes right into the gorgeous CEO himself. She apologizes like crazy; he's amused, already impressed by her copywriting, and finds her holiday cheer refreshing.
Sparks fly when she realizes who he is (and how hot he is). They live in the same building, naturally.
More adorable mishaps follow, leading Eli to help her finish work late, give her a ride home, and discover she's never dated or experienced much romantically—he's stunned and fascinated.
A fun, funny, sweet, steamy, and utterly adorable holiday workplace romance with great chemistry and an interesting behind-the-scenes look at the job. It flies by way too fast (wish it were longer!), but the ending is perfect!. 4.5 fun, fast, holiday stars

**Tinsel Hair!**

"Her Festive Billionaire" is the final book in the "Billionaires of Pleasure Valley" series. When Eli decided to stop working remotely and required everyone to return to the office just a day before Christmas, he never expected Gabriella, with her tinsel hair, to stumble into his office, knock over his awards, and steal his heart at the same time. Later that day, when Eli finds Gabriella working late by herself, things start to heat up between them.

This sweet, short instalove story is a delightful way to conclude the holiday romance series. Each book in the series features a cute age-gap relationship, free of drama, showcasing standalone couples. The FMCs are friends who each meet their own billionaire alpha male, fall head over heels for the curvy women who captured their hearts the moment they laid eyes on them, and end up together.

Gabriella has enjoyed working at home so when the entire staff is advised by the CEO that is no longer possible days before Christmas she isn’t impressed. She has never been in the office so when she arrives she doesn’t know where to go but rather than finding her boss instead she finds herself in the CEO’s office where she makes quite the first impression.

Eli is finding it difficult to spend the holidays alone so he has decided to bring the entire staff back into the office so that they can work as a team. His first meeting with Gabrielle was unforgettable and when he finds her working late alone he offers to help. He knows he should keep his distance because he is her boss, but he can’t deny the way she makes him feel.

This is a heartwarming story about two people who didn’t know what was missing in their lives until they found each other and the group of friends they surrounded themselves with.

This is a great wrap up to a good read series of Wildwood Valley Christmas, and billionaires who found more than money could ever provide.

Gabriella doesn't want to come back into the office, and things don't go......at all like she thought. She couldn't have pictured knocking off the boss, who she claimed to hate, awards, and making quite the mess. She didn't even realize Eli was, in fact, her boss.

These two get thrown together a little by circumstance, and a touch of fate. Eli can't deny Gabriella catches his attention, and i love how he relates to her. Gabriella sees the man behind the money, and a reason why he has success in the business he owns. They really compliment each other, and allow to see there is more than work, and love can build you even stronger.

They wrap up a Christmas HEA of pure heart and heat, and see all the couples money and a apartment bought everything into their lives.

Billionaire romance.
Gabriella is a young woman who has been working remotely from her condo for six months. Just as she's about to start working and celebrate Christmas from home, an important email arrives asking her to come to the office. She makes a dramatic entrance into the office of her handsome new employer.
Eli is a wealthy businessman who leads a solitary life. But as the holiday season approaches, he has to call his employees back to finalize an important file, even if it means looking like the Grinch. This book is a perfect short read for your lunch break or school pick up lines. This instalove between Eli and Gabriella had me tripping over my own feet. Gabriella is a copy writer; she has been working from home for the last six months only to be summoned into work by the CEO of Festive Media Studios. Not knowing where to go she decides to stop at the first corner office to ask where to go only to get her bag caught on the door causing chaos to ensue. Eli is the CEO and Founder of FMS while getting ready for a meeting a beautiful, curvy woman with tinsel in her hair crashes into his office knocking over his trophies, she apologizes profusely and can't stop rambling. She's adorable and he can't get his mind off of her. If you want to see where their story goes from there this is definitely worth the read.

Gabriella was back in the office after working from home as she preferred for the last six months since she was hired! The head boss wanted everyone in the office for team bonding. She didn't even know where her assigned desk was. As she enter an executive office, her bag bumped into a table holding award trophies. Gorgeous guy! What are her thoughts when she learns that he is Eli, the head boss? Eli feels drawn to her. Strict parents for growing up years so she never dated since she didn't someone grilled by her parents before dating her. What happens when Eli says that he will show Gabriella what a real kiss should look and feel like? They live in the same apartment building:her on floor 16 with two roommates and Eli in a penthouse on the 25th floor. Where does that kiss lead?.

What a fun story. Gabriella has been working remotely since hired and now must go to the office. Being unfamiliar with office, she stumbles into the wrong office and brings chaos to the CEO’s office and makes a fool of herself. Luckily, there is something about her that attracts Eli. Leaving for the day, he notices a light on in the conference room and checks it out. He founds Gabriella working on her deadline. He offers to help and the desires take over. Is this a conflict with HR policies? Will they end this romance or deal with policies and continue what they started? Entertaining instalove story that is short and steamy. Highly recommend.

This is book 6 in the Wildwood Valley Christmas series and follows Eli, the grumpy CEO who orders everyone into the office the week of Christmas, and Gabriella, the newer hire who has always worked from home and is not happy about having to go into the office so close to the holiday. I loved their meet cute, with Gabriella rambling and Eli's usually stoic and grumpy demeanor showing humor and cracks. The two share sweet moments with him opening up about his Christmas traditions with his late grandmother and being lonely, and she shares her lonely history growing up. The two go from zero to 100 in a nano-second, with the swoon, spice, and love leading to a HEA. Great short story with plenty of Christmas magic.

As a short steamy instalove Her Festive Billionaire is ideal for a breaktime read. As the second title in this series I've read, it was a well written sweet office based romance.
Both Eli and Gabriella as characters were engaging and as an age gap, boss, Christmas time romance it's steam and spice kept me turning the pages to see how their HEA turned out. Their attraction and chemistry is instant and intense with Gabriella taking the positive lead when it came to HR/worked based relationship obstacles and makes this title perfect for holiday read.

HER FESTIVE BILLIONAIRE is Book 6 of the Billionaires of Pleasure Valley series. It's a short and steamy, instalove, OTT, age-gap, opposites-attract, forced-proximity, curvy virgin gets her billionaire boss Christmas romance.  Gabriella is a 23-year-old curvy copywriter. Eli is the hunky grumpy CEO of a media  company she works for. When they get a return to office order, Gabriella crashes into Eli's world. He’s struck by the quirky curvy beauty. Things quickly heat up as they spend time together, but what happens after? The chemistry was pure fire and the ending was so happy. I love this whole series and am sad it's over.

"A good kiss, when right, can make you forget your own name"

It has build up....
Anticipation....
You know it's coming....
And the waiting.....
It's almost as good as the kiss itself...

Eli is definitely good with words, especially sexy, steamy whispers that get Gabriella very hot and bothered. The more flustered she gets the clumsier she is and the more she rambles, which Eli finds adorable, I love that he also sees past all that to the smart woman below the innocence and blushing. Sweet and naughty, their office antics will definitely put them on Santa's naughty list!

A fun quick story. I expected to enjoy it because I have enjoyed everything I have ever read by Lilah Hart. I really enjoy how descriptive she is, not just with the spicy stuff either, I love being able to picture the characters so well.

The epilogue was a great wind up to the series, and made me want to go read all the other books to find out more about each couple at that Christmas party.

Worth reading, low angst, just good vibes and happiness.

The last book in this billionaire series was delightful and festive as ever. All six women on the sixteen floor have found their forever love in the penthouse of Reboot Condominiums. Gabriella, the work from home copywriter, is called into work for a return-to-office mandate. Eli is the CEO of Festive Media Studio. Sending an impromptu return-to-office memo was the best mistake of his life. Little did he know his world would instantly change. Love this series.

Book 6 of the Wildwood Valley Christmas series. Can be read as a standalone. The billionaire boss and the employee he is determined to claim.

The characters drove the storyline and they were so very appealing and complex and complicated and perfectly steamy together. Plot was pretty straightforward. World building was solidly drawn. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend.

From the moment Gabriella walked into his office with tinsel woven into her hair and knocked over a shelf full of awards, I had to know what happened next. This is a bite-sized holiday romance and it is thoroughly fun. Eli is hawt, Gabriella is a little zany, and together they are perfect for each other.

Gabriella has been working from home for the past six months. She enjoys the peace of her house and the freedom from others. When an office-wide email announces the end of work-from-home, she is unhappy. When she enters the office and meets the big boss, things don't go as planned. Eli knows what he's doing and runs his business confidently, but something feels missing. When Gabriella appears in his view, everything changes for him. The two banter back and forth, but their chemistry is electric. When boundaries are crossed, can they uncross them, or will they fall in love?

Her Festive Billionaire is the next book in the Wildwood Valley series. Like the others, it is a standalone insta-love story, with no need to have read the others. Although in the epilogue there is mention of the characters from the previous books, you can still read it on its own.

It's and office based, grumpy-sunshine insta-love story, with a funny meeting and a sweet ending.
