Hold Me Forever is book two in the series by Layla Hagen. Tyler a well known and the best Hockey Goalie got in a bit of trouble defending his cousin Reese against her ex-fiancé. The guy came to a family function and had someone with him filming the altercation. So basically it was a set up for maybe blackmail. Any how the video went viral and caused issues for Tyler. On top of injuring his shoulder the Team owner benched him indefinitely. To clean up his image he volunteered with with a group of boys and worked with them to sharpen their hockey skills. His first meet with the kids is where he met the coordinator of the program Kendra and his life was forever changed. You have to understand Tyler lived for hockey. Nothing was more important to him then hockey, except of course his family. So when I say she changed his life forever that's a big deal. He realized having Kendra in his life, someone to love and take care of hockey played second fiddle. This was such a sweet read. I was kind of hoping Kendra's sister Emme would have hit it off with one of the Maxwell's but nope not in this book. I highly recommend this book.
