This paranormal book is very exciting! The author keeps you interested in the story until the very end with several twists and turns.

The author's description of the town is great! I could really picture it. I would love to go there for a week and stay at Evermore while spending time at the bakery meeting the residents of the town.

The main character is so strong! She has so many different things to face. She does everything she has to do to get through it all and solve the mystery.

I really loved the relationship the main character has with her dog. Their bond was amazing! The dog gives so much comfort to her human and would do anything to keep her safe!

I am really excited to read what the ghost of Evermore is going to do next!

I love this story. Eleanor Webb is compelled to have her family go to Evermore House in Hawthorne Corner. She knows her family needs healing. Her husband had passed away recently. Little did Eleanor know that the spirit world was behind her decision. Join the Webb family as they find themselves caught in the midst of a cold case from 50 years ago that had remained unsolved. This book will have you turning the pages not wanting to put it down

A fun paranormal in a cozy town. Psychic and ghosts reveal secrets. And the setting of the frigid cold January was so appropriate. A great start to this series.

After receiving a letter inviting her and her family to connect artistically with the beautiful winter scenery and town shops, Eleanor Webb had a pull to go to Evermore House in Hawthorne Corner. Her family was skeptical about the idea.
Worried about how cold it was in January and wondering why they couldn't stay where they were and connect after the loss of Hubert, Eleanor's husband. Eleanor could not explain the urge to visit this place. The family gave in and they went to Evermore House. They planned on spending two weeks there. Rumors over the years have been about the resident ghost, Lila Evermore. She was very real and wanted the Webb family there to solve the mystery of the 1976 disappearance of Kitty, a vibrant local artist. Kitty had disappeared without a trace.
With her family and her loyal German Shepherd, Aurora by her side Eleanor prepared to face the secrets of the past, the fallout of Hubert's choices and the promises of the future.

Moving

This novel of family captured my heart melding the past and the present. The main character, octanegerian matriarch Eleanor Webb, is a force to be reckoned with. She and her family mingle with the spirits to unravel a 50 year old disappearance! Included in the story is a beautiful protective German Shepherd, who senses and communicates with the ghosts. Aurora is probably my favorite character, other than Oscar (from Sharon Michaels different series). I felt the flames in the stone fireplace at Evermore keep me warm and the silver moons on Luna's (the local psychic) shawl always sparkling. Highly Recommended.

This book is well written and I highly recommend it. The family that comes to Evermore house has a purpose and Lila, The House Ghost helps them with that purpose. The characters are well written and the I can't wait for the rest of the books in the series.
