Such a simple read! Also very to the point and not driven by any incentive to sell anything. Books like these are a reminder that taking care of your body is quite simple.

Mostly no pseudoscience (not a fan of the mentions of things like Dopamine nation or Huberman) which is super refreshing for a book about wellness. I am sorry to say though that she says that you need to sleep well, eat well and move your body to be healthy.
