Although some might feel like this is a sales pitch to sell other books and training, I felt like this was a great overview for newbies that is punctuated with resources for further exploration. You can read this book and afterwards understand the philosophy of the Water Method of Taoism and how it compares to other methods. It definitely made me want to further explore ways to unblock my qi.
