This was such a cute story. I swooned and giggled throughout the book. I finished this book in one go. It wasn't filled with unnecessary filler and drawn out. I'm usually not in these big age gaps, but Liz did such a great job on making the characters relatable and likable.

Not the book for me. I’m not usually one for an age gap but that was the thing I hated least about this book.

The first half of the book was fine but it quickly went down hill, if I had to read “ love Dove” one more time!!!! Her name being Dove should have been my first sign not to read this book.

The instant love was a little ridiculous and the whole “oh you just had a baby let me get you pregnant again was the last straw for me” this women almost died giving birth and I feel like the last thing she would want would be to instantly be pregnant again 6 weeks later!! Give me a break!

She was going to a conference with her premie baby 5 days after giving birth??? No way would I have my premie baby and myself in a room with hundreds of people days after having him. Her baby daddy is a Dr and you think he would be smarter than that. Then at the end they get married somewhere they have to travel to with a baby that’s a couple months old? But thats okay because her mom is going to travel with her infant so she can have some days to spend with her baby daddy all to herself first?? Nope!

Steamy one night stand, oh my!

Dove hating her job and boss Landon, has a one night stand with Winston at a medical conference in Costa Rica. He was on vacation and she wants a check out from reality as she decides how to get out the thankless job she’s held as an executive assistant for 4 years. The passionate encounter with Dr. Silver Fox, Winston has both of them pining for each other 8 months later when she finds she is pregnant. Preparing for single motherhood with her best friend Hanson her hateful boss forces her to travel and karma strikes 30,000 feet in the air. Obstacles of she or wealth are not stopping Winston from claiming Dove and his son. This is the first I’ve read by this author and it’s a fast read; it was refreshing change from the last 4 books full of murder and mayhem!

Ok so I’m only about 45% of the way through so far and since this is the first book I’m reading in 2026 I don’t want to dnf it but it’s getting hard not to.

I wish we got a little more with their first meeting in Costa Rica. I just read another ONS surprise pregnancy book and the couple went to a carnival after meeting at a bar before hooking up.

I think dove’s reacting to Hanson saying she shouldn’t fly was over the top.

The dr that saw dove at the hospital knew he was looking for her and yet she had a patient named dove and didn’t say anything. Dove is not a common name.

How did dove know he was a doctor? They never spoke about careers.

Love dove? EW.

And no offense to anyone who has or wants to name their kid after them or their partner but I hateeeee that. Give the kid their own name.

The drama at the end was so dumb.

Doctor Mile High is a fast, fiery age-gap romance that launches with a vacation fling and lands in full-blown destiny when Dove’s water breaks mid-flight — and the only doctor onboard is Winston, the silver-fox one-night stand she never forgot. Their chemistry is scorching, but what hooked me was the emotional punch: the insecurity, the longing, and the wild coincidence that brings them back together.
The writing is fun, dramatic, and unapologetically over-the-top in all the ways a secret-baby romance should be. A few moments stretch believability, but the heart and heat make up for it.
A quick, steamy, and satisfying read with a sweet family-centered HEA. 4 out of 5 stars.

This was a really good story that I thoroughly enjoyed about how Winston and Dove meet on the last day of their vacations and let their feelings take over for one night, and once they have gone their own ways, Winston realises that he doesn’t want to let Dove go. This is a really good story that will you both under the collar and crying over the emotions and insecurities of this couple. It ends on a happy with them going on to have a happily ever after as a family.

Winston and Dove meet on the last day of their vacation that leads to an intimate encounter and two pink lines. He is enamored with her, but she leaves behind a napkin with her lip imprint which is all he has to go by to find her so imagine their surprise when she goes into labor on the plane and he is the one to deliver the child who happens to be his. This thrilling story had me all caught up in the characters and drama surrounding them.

Just WOW. Be prepared to NOT putting this one down until you have finished reading it! I fell asleep at 03 and was going to finish it, but sleep got the better of me.
This story is just smashingly beautiful and so fun to read. Of course while reading you think yeah right, if this could really happen, but that is the beauty of fiction.
Overall it is also well written and I am very happy to give this story fabulous five stars!!!.

This was one of those books that was on offer which is not in my usual genre's but with the festive season in swing I thought "why not try something different" to read and as I'm a glutton for a good romance it turned out as an enjoyable reading experience for me. A decent created plot with lovable characters that simply enveloped me in that wonderful cocoon of heart melting romance and feel good moments.

Great story!

Winston is a doctor, well known and very rich. He goes on a holiday and sees a beautiful woman, Dove. He can’t stop looking at her and they end up having sex all night long. She doesn’t get his last name or he, hers. She tried to find him because she is pregnant. He tried to find her because he can’t stop thinking about her. Finally his assistant says to put a video out there telling the story of her name, where he met her and how beautiful she was, to text him. What happens next is so crazy , you won’t believe it. HOLY CR@D this romance book will have you feel like you’re sitting in a sauna. The way Liz describes the scene of Winston getting undressed to join Dove in the pool made me excited. I could actually picture the scene in my head. This silver fox is hot stuff and be ready for this book to blow you away. It’s a 20 + star read with the most exciting sex scenes and romance ever. Plus have some Kleenex’s handy because there are a few scenes that might make you tear up some.

I liked this story quite a bit. Winston is so good to Dove. I liked that he was OTT for her from the start she was too but us girls are usually OTT when it comes to certain guys. Winston is however, the epitome of Dr Silver Fox. Any girl would swoon at his feet. I do wish we got more closure on Landon though.

Miles Above

Dove had a passionate night with an older man that left her with an unforgettable memory. Winston could not forget the woman he last spent time with. This is the story of Winston and Dove and is an age gap romance. It was pretty good. Winston and Dove meet and have a torrid night together and then Dove sneaks out, ghosts Winston and Winston spends months searching for her.

He finds her when she’s about to give birth in an airplane and he is the doctor on board. Decent storyline although I will say the accidental pregnancy—— age gap is getting a bit overdone. 4 🌟🌟🌟🌟

If you like age gap romances this is a good one. I really enjoyed reading it. Dove first meets Winston when she goes on a tropical vacation. She lets her guard down and they hook up and have a sizzling night together. Little did they know that was just the beginning. Throw in the villain, Landon, a rival of Winston's and Doves boss and things really get interesting. I recommend you check it out.

It was just so bad and cringe. One night stand and he’s instantly in love with her but not in an instant-love kind of way but like a, I’m not rooting for this kind of way. They say three sentences to each other and he gets instantly possessive calling her his. They find each other again eight months later and he decides the kid is his and she’s his finance without even asking. It was just so cringe. No development of anything.

Nice story

Winston and Dove meet on vacation and then don't see each other for 8months and dove is pregnant and goes into labor on a plane.Winston is a doctor and delivers the baby. They have both been hunting for each other. Rove's exp employer tries to cause trouble. This is a nice simple romance. Very entertaining.

was just ok

I liked it but just saw so many grammatical errors, errors that didn’t make sense that I just knew I had to gloss over. For me being such a reader I pick up on that quickly and feels like the writing then was rushed and not taken the time to edit correctly. I liked the story but felt like parts were rushed.

ok cheesy is good sometimes and I liked H for some dumb reason....but h was annoying..also she is hemorrhaging and almost dies and we get to hear how he is constantly massaging her uterus to try to keep her from bleeding out... she has surgery and is discharged the next day???!! what in the everlasting f@#$! I'm being generous with 3. its more of a 1.5 of 2. its just so cringe I kept reading.

This was an entertaining read and romance. A young woman named Dove was in Costa Rica for vacation. A sexy silver fox approached her and asked to join her. One thing lead to dancing on the beach, and next thing Dove and Winston are having adult fun in his room. It’s a low angst and cute romance with a happy ending. Read On!
