It’s been a while since I’ve enjoyed a Haunting Danielle book so thoroughly. This one didn’t drag, there was action right off the bat, I liked the plot twists, the intrigue. I loved seeing most of my favorite characters more involved. Lots of fun!

I continue to thoroughly enjoy this series. I first discovered it years ago when I decided to give audiobooks a try to improve my listening and tracking skills. It came highly recommended, and the first books were free for a time, so I decided to give them a chance. I haven't looked back since.

I quickly fell in love with the characters and the heart of these stories. As the series has progressed I’ve enjoyed watching how the characters have continued to grow and branch off into their own lives and with the demonstration of how even as their lives become more busy and evolve they can still make time for meaningful relationships.

I have also enjoyed the ongoing exploration of what happens to the people we love after they pass. The idea that some choose to stay behind, watching over those they love while experiencing new adventures of their own; while others move on but can still be present when they're needed most, is both comforting and beautifully written.

Every book is an adventure filled with unexpected twists, ghostly friends, gifted mediums, and the Frederickport Police Department working together to keep the town safe. Along with mystery, each story is filled with meaningful friendships, heartwarming moments, and reminders of the importance of love, hope, and family.

This installment is no exception. Olivia has been kidnapped and has vanished without a trace. The ghosts, mediums, and police of Frederickport must work together to find her before time runs out. Meanwhile, mysterious strangers begin appearing in both Frederickport and the spirit world. Who has Olivia? And are these new faces here to help, or are they somehow connected to the danger surrounding her?

I will start out saying this book is filled with action, suspense, mystery and mysterious people. The head librarian and a Marlow neighbor has disappeared. With nothing to go by the Beach Drive group is stumped. New to town is a young mother and her little girl Cassandra. Thanks to Marie they reside in an apartment above the garage of Allen and Nancy Martin. Allen is very sick and dies and his search for the light has him following his wife and daughter home. Long story short Cassandra has to hide her ability from her mother. Joanne is retiring and lucky for Mary, she has a job working at Marlow House. Marie gives the Marlow's a heads up on the little girls plight. Allen meets Marie and with Olive's astral projection message of needing help, this start to get gripping. With the whole Beach Drive group, Allen, Cassandra will they be able to save Olivia? Who would want a sweet librarian harmed? This book should come with a warning. We could not put it down. My husband did not finish before bed and after 3 hours sleep he HAD to sit up and finish the book!

The Ghost and Family Secrets is another fantastic addition to a series that I absolutely love! One of my favorite parts of these books is watching Danielle and Walt's relationship grow. They are the cutest couple, and it's been so much fun seeing them become more comfortable sharing their unique secret about Walt and the mediums who can see ghosts with their friends.

The characters continue to develop in a natural and engaging way, making me feel even more connected to them with each book. As always, the mystery is well-crafted, full of surprises, and impossible to put down. The story grabbed my attention from the very first page and kept me hooked until the end.

This was a true page-turner—I finished it in one sitting! If you're a fan of paranormal mysteries with lovable characters, a touch of romance, and plenty of suspense, this book is a must-read. I can't wait for the next installment in the series!

Marie!

Marie sure gets around. I'm glad Adam and his wife have a relationship with his grandmother. It would be a lot better if he could see and talk with her. I'm sure his ears would appreciate a break. Lol! I'm kinda sad Olivia's family are gonna move closer to each other. On to the next adventure!💙💚😉👻

I was mislead and didn't figure out right away who did what. Danielle and Walt are taking the back seat while caring for their twin babies. It's almost like they are like the Greek chorus. Actually that's kind of nice and comforting after all they went through in most of the previous books of the series. Kelly is still annoying.

Never saw this criminal reveal coming!! All along I thought it was the sons doing the kidnapping. I'm absolutely addicted to this series! Have been from the very first book and the very first paragraph of that book. Even got several of my friends addicted to this series. Can't wait for the next book!!

Hard to build up any suspense when you know Marie's unmatched powers will always save the day. The big secret of there being mediums in town hardly has any weight when more than half of the characters are mediums or know about them.

Again such a pleasant read. I thought I’d reached about 1/4 of the book when I saw that I was already at 60%. That speaks for the book but it’s also sad, because I didn’t want my visit to Frederickport to end so soon. I enjoyed the book and the mystery was excellent.

Talk about spinning in circles until the end trying to guess who's behind the kidnapping. Yet another fantastic read in this series that's entertaining from beginning to end. A great introduction to new characters and the perfect setup for 2020 madness.
