As an author, I'm proud of these writers for delivering these fun and captivating stories. And as a reader, I am entertained! There's a bit of everything in this anthology, spice for the erotic readers, and tame situations to dial things back down a bit. HEA's ...and some "not so happy but bittersweet" endings. But all is LOVE at the end of the day. ♥️

52 Love, Volume 1 is based on the lessons of the 52 Love podcast, which I haven’t listened to myself—but that didn’t take away from the reading experience at all. The book works beautifully as a standalone anthology.
Each story is written by a different author, and that diversity really shines through. The voices, perspectives, and interpretations of love vary widely, which makes the collection feel rich and engaging rather than repetitive. Every story is carefully edited and paired with a small illustration, which adds a lovely, thoughtful touch and makes the book feel very intentional in its presentation.
As with any anthology, there were stories I connected with more strongly than others, but all of them were well-crafted and clearly written with care. Even the ones that weren’t my personal favorites still felt meaningful and well executed.
Overall, this was a real joy to read. It’s a comforting, reflective collection that invites you to slow down and think about love in its many forms. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys short stories, anthologies, or thoughtful explorations of relationships and connection.

A whole bunch of cute stories, with HEAs, of course, and a whole gamut of scenarios. I think my favorite was the first one, because it isn’t what I expected at all! But Dale is so cute! And the tea set that means so much to him… I just found it adorable, I loved it, and made me want to read more books by this author. Something else that I appreciated are the illustrations at the beginning of each chapter, and the author bios at the end, with a picture added. I like seeing the faces of people who have such a strong hold on my emotions, so I appreciated that. Not all of them were fantastic, but enough of them were good, and some were really good, so it’s pretty well balanced in my opinion. Now, I’m going to check out the World of Deadheads, because it sounds great!.

This collection was such a comforting read. Every story delivers a proper happily ever after, but there’s a nice mix of scenarios and tones so it never feels repetitive. Some tales are lighter and sweeter, while others have a bit more emotional depth, which keeps things interesting throughout.

I loved the extra touches in the book. The illustrations at the start of each chapter were a lovely addition, and I always enjoy author bios, putting a face to the names behind the stories makes the whole experience feel more personal.

As with most anthologies, I connected with some stories more than others, but the overall balance is strong, with several standouts that make the collection well worth reading. It’s left me curious to explore more in this world, which is always a good sign.

I only read the R.L. Merrill story (The Payton Manor Tango) since I had just read Everything's Better With You and was curious what Joe and Leslie were up to. It was a cute little follow up story about Joe working out some choreography by having Leslie dance the tango with him and it was lovely to get a snapshot of them just being happy together. Worth a read if you enjoyed the original story.

This was a nice collection of short stories that were based on a podcast that I think I would enjoy. I did enjoy the stories. Good variety that kept me reading and interested in what love lessons I would learn in each story.

This is such a great little collection. I loved that each story is so different. Sweet, spicy, HEA…honestly, this is a great nightstand gem. Sit in bed with your partner and read a few. Laugh, lust, get a little heated in the best way. I loved this.
