The alien leaned down until his broad nose almost touched my own and I felt my eyes widening as I struggled to take in the heavy features, cherry red skin, and the long, pointed horns that crowned his head. Those yellows eyes seemed to fill my vision until I swore I was staring into the sun and hot breath skated over my face as he bared his teeth and snarled, "Be still or die!" My muscles went limp and I let out a humiliating whimper as the horned beast squeezed me tighter to his chest and hauled me into the darkness.
