Syndicate Mafia #5

Syndicate Fists

Rate this book
Being a woman at the head of the Rossey clan was never easy. I earned my crown through blood and bruises, backed by a wolf who never hesitated to bare her claws. No one questioned my strength or my power—until one night proved my heart was the true liability.

So I hardened it, and left for Montana with a single to build my dream, to forge the world’s mecca of supernatural fighting. My legacy.

I was so close to my dream I could taste it… I should’ve known something would try to ruin it.

Turned supes were vanishing left and right, a strange sinister substance showed up, and to top it all off a human boy was caught in the middle.

To keep it contained, and away from the human police, I’m forced to rely on men I never meant to trust. Men who make my wolf purr and my defenses around my heart crack.

The more time I spend with them, the more my disciplined control slips. My wolf wants to bend. To surrender… and that terrifies me more than any enemy ever has.

As buried secrets claw free and old pains resurface, I’m torn between the instincts that built me, protected me, and the desire for them threatening to undo me.

Whether I was facing enemies or the men fate had thrown in my path, one thing was certain… They’re about to see what the Syndicate Fist was truly made of.

This is book 2 in an interconnected standalone series . Each group gets their HEA at the end of the book, but the plot continues onto the next book , with the last book being the resolution. There will be five books in this series, one for each of the Syndicate kids that will focus on the section of the business they run. All of them will feature cameos of their family from the original Syndicate Princess & Syndicate Queen.

Syndicate Fists is the second book in Syndicate Next Gen, and I liked it even better than the first. Sorry, Aniyah!

Nova is breaking all the rules. She's the head of the Rossey clan, a position previously held by men (her grandpa and dad), and she's fabulous at it. She exudes power and has excellent control over her shift. When it comes to business and fighting, Nova is all confidence; it's when romance enters the picture that all of Nova's insecurities come out to play. I empathized a lot with her. Nova reluctantly connected with four guys that she has no idea what to do with, and one of them doesn't know what to do with her. Two of the guys were okay, one was a no-go, but the fourth (Deslen) was my absolute favorite with his sweet, sunshine personality. I wish that he hadn't made his appearance so late in the book; I would have liked more from him.

The plot was amazing! I managed to finish in two days. Between the Syndicate business, family meetings (they are hilarious), underground cage fights, and a mysterious enemy pulling strings in the shadows, I was very entertained. I really enjoyed the mystery feel. Nova's story. Hunting down leads, moving from one clue to the next, and dealing with bad guys left and right until a final showdown. The overall story arc for the series is slowly being revealed, and I'm hooked. I can't wait for the next book.

This book sank its claws into me and didn’t let go.

I read this in less than 24 hrs because I COULDN’T put it down. It was filled with so much action, emotion, and spice.

Nova is exactly the kind of FMC I love to read about. She’s not afraid to put someone in their place, including her mates.

Speaking of her mates... Zeth really could have saved them so much trouble just by communicating better. It was irritating as hell, but I loved that he always had her back no matter what. I can’t decide how I feel about Nick.
However, Conrad and Deslen? They were pure swoon-worthy. The way those two weren’t afraid to show her how much they cared made me smile.

I cannot wait for the next book in the series.

Spyder Monkey.

A book so addictive that it’s impossible to stop reading.

This is the second book in the Syndicate Next Gen series—and what a great series it’s turning out to be!
A PNR Reverse Harem about five heirs and siblings who become the leaders of the Syndicate.

Each book focuses on one sibling and how they meet their partners, but all the stories are interconnected.

There are events in each heir’s life that, upon assuming control of the Syndicate, unite them in a major decision.
In every book, we understand the reasons and events that lead each of them to that choice—and what comes next.

Each heir has unique characteristics, personalities, and powers, all incredibly captivating.
Together, they are a force to be reckoned with. The alliances and loyalties they forge make them unstoppable—though that doesn’t mean there aren’t those who believe they can bring them down.

This book tells Nova’s story—a warrior, pure beautiful fire—and her mates, whom are very different. They're full of testosterone (sometimes too much for their own good), but absolutely perfect for her.
Interconnected events that feel like destiny lead her to meet her mates as they try to understand what’s happening, who’s involved, and what their intentions are.

There’s so much action, fun, and deliciously steamy moments… along with hurt feelings to overcome, misunderstandings to clear up, truths to uncover, and strong emotions to explore.

The book ends with a to be continued.
We’ll have to read the next adventure to get more pieces of the puzzle. Count me IN!

I swear, Kira Stanley writes the most badass FMCs, and Nova absolutely lives up to that legacy. This is the second book in the next-generation series, and our fighter boss Nova takes center stage, and let me tell you, I freaking devoured this book. Nova is the kind of woman who intimidates most men with her strength. She’s powerful, a natural leader, and completely unapologetic but she also has a vulnerability that makes her feel so real and relatable. I loved her instantly.

And the men…
We’ve got four of them, and the emotional whiplash is real. Nick and Zeth? Infuriating (affectionately… mostly).
Conrad and Deslen? Pure swoon. Every single one of them was perfect for Nova, even when the road there was anything but easy.

The story itself had me hooked I need answers. I’m desperate to uncover what’s really happening and who’s pulling the strings behind the scenes. Add in the family moments, and this book just hits different. I laughed out loud more than once the banter and chaos were perfection.

And can we talk about Rayla?!
Seeing our queen again (and her mates) was EVERYTHING. I didn’t realize how much I missed her until she showed up on the page.

The writing and pacing? Flawless. The story flowed beautifully, and the pacing was an absolute beast it never let up.
I cannot wait to read all of the siblings’ books. I’m itching to know them better already.

Thank you so much to Kira for trusting me with this ARC
Now excuse me while I dive straight into Aniyah’s book… because apparently I have zero self-control!

This definitely felt like a change of pace to the previous book and Nova is a very different character to Aniyah. Nova is an interesting FMC as she is already top of her game but the belief that she has to be strong 100% of the time is something she has to unlearn throughout the book. There is romance as Nova crosses paths with her mates however it takes a back seat to the plot surrounding who is after the Syndicate which had me hooked. I did find elements a little rushed though as the mates are introduced at various stages with one in particular coming onto the scene fairly late on. This was a bit of a shame as he was a total breath of fresh air; I also liked how the brother-mates also had to work on their relationship outwith Nova as none of them knew each other beforehand.

I'm really enjoying seeing the different reasons why the siblings choose to have the mate blocker tattoo done. I was gutted for Nova and you couldn't help but sympathise with her. The relationship between the siblings is my favourite part of the series and although Calix is next, I'm really looking forward to Ezra's book as she is such a force of nature in this series.

My interpretation of the star system;
3 stars - I enjoyed it; would read the author again
4 stars - I really liked it; I am invested and definitely want more from this author/series
5 stars - I loved it; I engaged with this book completely until I finished it and it is one I will re-read

ARC Review: Syndicate Fists by Kira Stanley

Syndicate Fists is a dark, high-stakes paranormal why-choose that blends underground fight rings, obsessive mates, and an escalating supernatural mystery.

Nova Rossey is the leader of the Rossey clan and a feared fighter who projects total control while privately believing she’s never quite enough. That vulnerability made her arc compelling.

Zeth—her ex best friend, demon, and mate—left when she hinted at their bond and returns determined to stand at her side again, bringing unresolved emotional tension. Alongside him are Nick, a human cop turned werewolf undercover, and Conrad, a billionaire vampire whose devotion to Nova is unwavering.

Deslen, a jaguar shifter and brutal fighter, steals the spotlight when he publicly claims Nova after a match, dedicates every future victory to her, and becomes instantly, unapologetically obsessed.

The central plot follows Nova and her mates as they hunt a mad scientist experimenting on supe DNA, creating enhanced beings whose bodies are on a relentless crunch against time—hinting at a much larger threat still pulling the strings.

This was an easy 5-star read for me. Strong action, emotional payoff, and a FMC who proves softness doesn’t equal weakness.

The moment I open the pages, I know I’m stepping into pure perfection — a place where my heart feels alive and everything feels so real.
This book, as always, hits every nerve — it’s packed with adrenaline, heart-pounding drama, tantalising mystery, crackling humour, fiery spice, and secrets so deep they keep me utterly glued to every word. I couldn’t tear myself away.

Nova’s story is one that resonates deeply within me. She’s out there, searching for love, craving acceptance, yet fiercely holding onto her strength and independence. That bravery and vulnerability… it made her journey impossible to ignore. Watching her grow, standing tall and true to herself, filled me with a sense of pride and hope I can’t even describe. I loved that Kiea showed no matter how tough someone appears on the outside you never know what is going through their minds. Even the toughest of us need help.

This story, in all its emotion and raw honesty, struck a chord deep within me. It’s addictive, heart-wrenching, and totally unputdownable — I am completely, madly in love with every moment of it.

I am completely in love with the world Kira Stanley has created. Every time I dive back in I just know it’s going to be perfection.
As always, this book delivers everything I look for—action, drama, mystery, humor, spice, betrayal, and secrets that keep you glued to the pages.
Nova’s story is incredibly relatable. She’s searching for love and acceptance while still holding onto her strength and independence, which made it so easy to connect with her journey. Watching her grow while staying true to herself was so satisfying.
Her mates are exactly what she needs, showing up in her life at the perfect moment and balancing her in all the right ways. And the chemistry between Nova and Zeth? Off. The. Charts. The tension while they were “just trying to be friends” was absolutely tangible and had me hooked.
I loved this story so much and the way everything played out. It was emotional, addictive, and impossible to put down.

Nova is the strongest wolf, the best fighter, she runs her part of the Syndicate perfectly. That mate blocker tattoo she got with her sisters and brother? It works perfectly! Maybe a little too perfectly. I loved this book and Nova. Shes already the ultimate syndicate leader, she doesnt need strength, what she needs is totally different to her little sister. I found myself slowing down when reading, I didnt want to finish this story. The yearning and angst, the betrayal, the bickering men and seeing Nova realise that mates wont make her weak or ask her to become softer. Side note, the siblings are hilarious and I love all the interactions, the parents? Damn if you thought the grandfathers made the last book awkward, wait for the Dad's! So funny. This still had darkness and twists and the intriguing overarching story, but it had a lot of almost cozy, romantic moments too. I'm sad I've finished, but bring on that prince!

Love this!

Nova is one tough as nails chick. I loved this book. We see bits and pieces of her parents in her. We see some similarities between her and her siblings, but I love that each sibling is uniquely themselves. Nova is strong, both inwardly and outwardly but even the strongest people find their breaking points. That’s what helps us grow. While there was some fumbling I think the journey works for this group. Nova very much leans into her animalistic instincts and trusts that side of herself. You see that. Repeatedly. But I also love that we get to see the Nova who isn’t just the boss, but also a regular person… well werewolf… but still. Also just have to say…. Love Conrad. Basically from the minute he arrived on page I was like that one…. That’s the one.

Oooooo Nova's story was brilliant! I wasn't sure how Kira Stanley was going to get even close to Aniyah's story, but man oh man did she. Nova's story was full of blood, sweat, and tears. This woman was not going to take crap from anyone, was going to protect her people, and was always there for her family. Nova was love and loyalty personified. While, like her siblings, she ruled out the possibility of mates - fate had other ideas. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing Nova's walls slowly break as she found the mates fate had given to her. Zeth, Deslen, Conrad, and Nick were fire and I loved the personalities they each brought to the group. I cannot wait to see what Kira does with the rest of this series!

This is the fifth book in the Syndicate Mafia. I am loving this next generation series. This new generation is amazing! I didn’t think anybody could outdo Rayla and her men but I was wrong! I also love seeing glimpses of the Syndicate OGs popping in!
This Syndicate heir is amazing! I love how tough and strong she is, a true reflection of both Rayla and Ax. I also love learning more about each individual arm of the Syndicate branches. It gives a closer view of what happens in these different areas. I love her mates as well. They are every bit as amazing as she is!
Thank you, Kira Stanley, for another crazy, smexy and slightly unhinged chapter in this Syndicate Dynasty! I cannot wait to see the next book! I think it is about Calix and his inventions and I cannot wait!

Oh my the syndicate Boss Rosse is one Bad ass FNC. Nova has hardened herself since she was rejected from her first love who also happens to be her Best Friend and now 2nd in command. However, he finds himself with a bit of a groveling situation. Once she becomes in contact with some of her Harem she begins to experience some difficulty with her mate blocking tattoo that she and her siblings all made a pack to get.

However one problem at a time while she gets her legal part of her fighting contracts taken care of then she can face the mate situation but a wrench is thrown into easy start up to track down missing turn supernaturals.

The spice and fighting with this supernatural mafia family is 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️.

Kira has done it again. I think this book is better than the previous one. I will say I don't usually pick up next gen books in series but this series has convinced me to give them a chance. This book had me hooked from the beginning and I finished it in the same day. Nova is an awesome and fierce FMC who runs a supernatural fight club. I love how these stories are interconnected and the siblings continue to be featured in the story. Nova's mates are amazingly hot and their chemistry with Nova jumps off of the page. Along with hot spice, there is tension, a mystery, and twists to keep you hooked. If you love paranormal mafia rh romance then this is for you. Kira executes this book darn near perfectly. I look forward to revisiting the Syndicate world again!

Solid second book for this series. I like that we saw a little bit more of the parents. I definitely missed the grandparents, but appreciated how the overall plot moved forward. We’re getting a better idea of the bigger picture, especially for Ezra’s ultimate game plan and revealing more about the ultimate bad guys. I also like how the “turned” were introduced and explored more. It was interesting to better understand their social standing in this world. And I have to say my favorite character was Deslen. Yum. I can’t wait for the next installment. I was so excited to receive this as an ARC. I love this author and the Syndicate world she has built.

Rough and tumble yet sweet and steamy
Nova being the muscle of the family and Syndicate, she has a reputation to protect, but at the same time, she has an image on her that she doesn’t always like. A woman who has to be tough, hard, and sharp all the time, it can wear on you, especially when you see others get a princess treatment and you get treated like one of the guys in a gym. Not exactly flattering to the feminine side. But finding her mates, it’s a struggle and a blessing, it just takes a lot of work to realize that it’s a blessing. The continued struggle for the Syndicate as well, the threat to their reign, is left incomplete, so we eagerly await answers and so much more!

Syndicate Fists follows Nova Rossey the boss of the Rossey werewolf clan, she along with her four siblings are the new generation of the Syndicate organization. Nova is in charge of the recruitment and training of soldiers.

Nova has it all, loyalty, respect, strength and power. She thought that was all she needed until four men come into her life and she realizes she’s missing something…love, being wanted as both a boss and a woman. Tired of being alone, but afraid of being hurt again, she pushes the men away. Or at least attempts to, but these men aren’t going anywhere and will do anything for their boss.

I ripped through this book in two days—couldn’t stop! Nova is a fierce FMC running her supernatural fight club in Montana, leading her clan with grit and zero excuses. Her connections with all the MMC’s had me blushing nonstop. the tension, chemistry, protective growls, and spice are 🔥. Reverse harem done perfectly.
The plot hooks you with missing supes, buried secrets, and that undercover twist. Ties nicely into the Syndicate Mafia series too.
If you love paranormal mafia romance with a badass woman and a crew that makes your heart race (especially Deslen🐆🖤) grab this on KU. Can’t wait for more in the series! 🐺💥

Another great installment to the next generation series. I felt very connected to the FMC in this story. Always feeling overlooked, masculine, not worth any effort from the male species. it spoke to all the self image and insecurities inside. I loved this was more about emotional strength than proving your physical strength. thr fmc is already strong and perceived as BA. Where dhe has issues is connecting and letting others in because of what happened to her in the past. How she works through each relationship with the guys and grows with them was amazing. we learn more pieces to the puzzle as well and I cant wait for the next one so we know more

I really enjoyed Nova's story! It easily held my attention all the way through.
It was filled with action, drama, mystery, betrayal, and secrets. We also got some humor and spice.
I liked all of Nova's mates. Each of them stood out in their own ways.
Nova was an incredible FMC. She was intelligent, confident, and strong. She was also relatable, when it came to some of her insecurities. She just wanted to be accepted and loved for who she was. I especially loved that her mates didn't want her to change. They loved her wholly.

I really enjoyed this story, this time it followed Nova, but each sibling is in the story and they are tied in like the other story. This one hit me much more in the feelings then the first and had me feeling everything. The plot ties into the main series (Syndicate Mafia). This was a fantastic Why-Choose paranormal mafia kickass lead woman romance story. Nova was a smart, tough and great character with a personality that made the fights and her side of they syndicate that more fascinating to read about!

This is a super good spicy action-packed book, kept me not wanting to put it down!

This series just keeps getting better and better. Nova’s story is really about finding a safe place to land; a place to be your true self. All of her men are a little crazy in their own way but love fiercely. There is plenty of spice but it fit in the story differently than it did in book one. This is a good thing and makes Nova’s story her own. The playlist was on point as usual and I highly recommend listening to the songs while reading at the designated places. It really adds to the reading experience. I seriously cannot wait for the next book!

I am loving this series and I was completely hooked on this book. This is not what I would normally read but Kira Stanley has a way with her writing that makes you feel as if you are a part of the story. Nova is a strong and fierce woman and I love that in a character and she never once became compliant especially with her mates who were all different in their own way but on the same page when it came to protecting and taking care of Nova. I was sad when the book came to an end because I was so engrossed in what I was reading that I felt it ended way too soon. Totally fabulous!

Action-packed, relatable, steamy, angst, suspense!

This will grab you and not want you to let go!

I really enjoy reverse harem stories, and this one hit just right!

Nova was looking for the right one, well, when the right ones happen, well just SWOON!
Everyone's different and who am I to say that satisfaction has to come from just ONE!

I got an ARC & I loved it! Kira is one of my favorite authors. Nova is such a boss! Her instincts & Rossey training serve her well. It’s fun to see little pieces of the parent’s craziness in each of the siblings. The men in this book drove me insane at first. The emotional constipation was ridiculous. Feel your feelings men & use your freaking words! I’m hoping for more info on Faerie as the series moves forward. I absolutely inhaled this book & I can’t wait for the story to continue!

Nova doesn't believe she can trust her heart, so she built walls around it and moved away to start her own business. Now with a strange goo popping up, supes disappearing, and a human boy stuck in the middle, she'll have to trust men she never wanted to trust. The longer she's around them, the more her wolf wants to roll over. Can they solve the problems occurring, or will they become targets for those behind the curtain?
