2023 was supposed to be my fresh start.

The drama in this story
This is book one in the series and it is a tough emotional story, almost felt like too much bad times for this first book. I did like the characters, both main and side. Be warned about triggers if you have sensitivity to violence and kidnapping.
The book begins with our two main characters Ivy and Abel - they have not met yet. Both are suffering from past traumas. Abel is an MC President that lost his younger brother Clive when he had to go away. Abel and his MC brothers are trying to right the wrong but the killer is illusive.
Ivy is beautiful young woman whose ex-boyfriend became abusive. Jake actually had adult fun and took her to an expensive restaurant to break up with Ivy. Yes, Jake’s behavior is that unbelievable. Ivy’s two besties are so entertaining, Cam and Tristan provide some much needed humor throughout the book.
This book ends in a happy ending for now and leads into more drama for book two. Read On!
