This book delivers unfiltered, hard-to-swallow truths—no chaser, no softening—squarely in service of its argument. The intensity of the material is such that it immediately compelled me to seek out the author’s earlier work. The revelations are, quite frankly, jaw-dropping.
Students of business, particularly those familiar with macro- and microeconomics, may think they understand how banks and the broader financial system operate. This book makes it clear that there is far more beneath the surface. Understanding the economy, the so-called invisible hand, and the structures that define our current financial reality is not optional—it is essential.
What struck me most is how much this book revealed just how much there still is to learn. Reading it felt like being let in on a conversation the average reader is never meant to overhear. It functions simultaneously as an empowerment tool and a history lesson, refusing to dilute or obscure uncomfortable truths. There is no attempt to soften the reality it presents.
The author’s arguments are difficult to dismiss, which naturally pushes the reader toward further self-study—whether or not one ultimately agrees with the conclusions. The case is built methodically and with clarity, beginning at the foundation (why the Federal Reserve exists) and moving steadily toward the present structure, which the author identifies as fundamentally flawed and in need of dismantling. The path to that conclusion is as important as the conclusion itself. The information laid out along the way is something I believe everyone should encounter at least once, if only to gain a clearer understanding of the foundations of the modern banking system.
One line early in the book perfectly captures its ethos:
“You don’t beat a rigged game by asking the dealer for a better hand. True freedom is the power to resist control.”
Many people are unaware of what the federal reserve actually is. This book explains really well what's actually going on behind the scenes with the federal reserve and how we can put a stop to it. The specific steps start by refusing to consent to the system put in place by the fed. That means using alternatives to the dollar, such as gold, silver, crypto, and bartering. This would intern take away the feds ability to control currencies. There are some other really important steps to continue to end the fed, if we could just get everyone on board.
Hopefully you are privy to this information and ready to roll with it!
This is an awesome book! When I read the literature that exposes agencies, non-governmental, but working under that hedge, it makes my blood boil! The Federal Reserve is such a thorn in the side of Americans. How can anyone not know about the fraud and corruption, slavery and thievery. Well if you are in the know about the Federal Reserve, this is the book you need to read.
