In the second installment of the Fortune series, Scott Holland, now determined to protect the ancient (and often magical) relics of the past instead of profiting off them, accepts a request from the mysterious Sikander. His To travel to Greece and obtain a valuable chest from the recently excavated ruin of Aristotle’s library.
What they find sets them on another globetrotting journey that sees the crew of the Fortune traveling from the ancient cities of Iraq to the shining waters of the Arabian Sea. But a familiar enemy is after the same thing, and going up against them is nothing less than a declaration of war.
Scott, Emma, Neil, Keeley, and Steven are determined to press on. But while they do, the conflict escalates, the tension mounts, and our heroes begin to Can they keep the lost island of Panchaea safe while also staying true to themselves?
10/10 recommended for history and adventure lovers! Fantastically researched and full of adventure (and a little bit of stress for my favorite characters), can’t wait for the next book!
