I can't rate this higher because, while a good story, it is incomplete. For some reason, some of the collected volumes that 2000AD released of their stories only contain the first 2/3s of the installments and this is the case here.

An enjoyable sci-fi adventure. Avatar sees humanity reborn to deal with a war brought about by its own creations.

If anything, the stories contained in this volume are too short to fully establish the universe of Avatar, but it is clear that there is a lot of potential for the future stories.

Bleak and futuristic. These seem to be the ingredients that thrill seekers look for these days, and I must admit, I wasn't immune to their strong pull. The story's somewhat short though

Fun space weirdness but not nearly as interesting as Kingdom by the same team
