From Chaiyya Chaiyya to Poison Baby, Malaika has always amazed me with her fitness, confidence, and flawless performances. I think it’s safe to say there will never be another Malaika.

I’ve seen the comments trolls leave on her gym videos, and always wondered “She’s walking out of the gym looking incredible! Maybe it’s time we ask her for tips instead of trolling her for absolutely no reason.”

And maybe this book is her answer to all of it.

It’s unfiltered, honest, and vulnerable. I’ve already started making a few healthier choices in my own life! So thank you, Ms. Malaika!

True to its title, It’s Easy to Be Healthy reads like a gentle, no-pressure guide to living an active and balanced life. Right from the introduction, Malaika lays out what you can expect from this book simple habits, consistent routines, and a mindset shift rather than quick fixes.
Some ideas may feel familiar or even repetitive, but that’s kind of the point. These are reminders we all need, not overwhelm us.

One thing I genuinely appreciated is that this isn’t a book you have to read cover to cover or in any particular order. You can dip into it whenever you need whether you’re focusing on movement, skincare, or mental well-being. That flexibility makes it feel more like a companion guide you return to.

What stood out to me the most was how straightforward and candid the writing is. Nothing here felt outlandish or unattainable. Malaika draws heavily from her own experiences, and most of the advice is something we’ve all heard at some point in our lives. The book is divided into three sections: Beauty, Body, and Mind, and each begins with personal anecdotes that explain how these routines became a part of her life.

My favourite parts from each section were the healthy recipes and her structured daily routines, especially the specific yoga asanas she follows. They felt practical and achievable, and honestly, they motivated me to try incorporating yoga more intentionally into my own routine.

When I first picked up this book, I instantly knew it would be perfect for my mom. She will enjoy this guide. Reading this felt like a great way for me to learn more myself and then pass it on to her next.

Overall, this book quietly motivated me to work on myself a little more this year to focus on both physical and mental health. I really appreciated how open Malaika is about her journey, and I think this guide can be genuinely helpful for anyone looking for motivation for a more balanced lifestyle.

Thank you @bookstore.baby @bloomsburyindia and @malaikaaroraofficial for sending the copy 💖

It is easy to be healthy. The book by Malaika Arora is really good. It tells you how to be healthy in a way. Malaika Arora does not tell you to do things that're not possible. She tells you what she has learned from her life.

The book is like talking to Malaika Arora. She is calm and honest. You feel like she is talking to you and helping you to be healthy. The book is not, like books that tell you to do things that are hard to do. It is a book that tells you how to be healthy when you are very busy. Malaika Aroras book is a book to read if you want to be healthy.

What really gets my attention is her focus on balance. Health is something that she says comes from habits that you can keep up with over time not from doing crazy things or being super strict all the time. She thinks that getting rest recovering and being at peace with yourself are really important not things you can skip if you want to. This makes her approach to health and fitness feel more complete because usually people only talk about exercising and physical health. I think her way of thinking is really important for us to hear especially since we live in a world that always tells us to be doing something and to be perfect all the time. Her idea of health and balance is something that she comes back to again and again. That is what makes it so compelling her emphasis, on balance and health is what sets her apart.

The book talks a lot of things like fitness and nutrition and skincare. It also talks about movement and the different phases of a womans life. These phases include pregnancy and postpartum recovery and menopause. The book covers all these things which makes it easy for readers to relate to it no matter where they are in their wellness journey with the book being, about wellness and the womans life and fitness and nutrition.

Ultimately, It’s Easy to Be Healthy promotes confidence, self-awareness, and consistency over appearance-driven goals. It is an encouraging and thoughtful read for anyone seeking a realistic, compassionate, and long-term approach to health and wellbeing.

Oh my god I have found my holy grail of self care book! Thank you universe for bringing this amazing book in my path. And author, I am officially your fan now - not for the actress you, but for the self loving human you.

This book is literally the definition of right book at the right time. I am starting on a journey towards myself and I have been scrambling all over the internet for resources about taking care of my mind and body. And this book has all of it! From detailed skin care regimen and healthcare shots about specific objectives to yoga, intermittent fasting, bedtime routines and diet charts. Guys, seriously, it felt like a treasure trove of all that a woman (or a man) needs to enter her self love era and reign it.

Today morning I woke up with a very stressed out mind because of something that happened yesterday night. And I realise that it was partially my own fault for letting my guard down and for ignoring my own rule of being on DND mode at night (which is something the author stressed on heavily in her nighttime routine - being inaccessible at night), because honestly dealing with people is ALWAYS the source of stress - we ourselves rarely are. So I had a Sunday reset today and spent the whole day binge watching a favourite tv series and reading this book. And my brain feels so reset!

Honestly guys, the lesson I take from this book is that we women always need to put our selves first - body and mind. Seriously, prioritise your skincare routine over that guy or a client call. Nothing matters more than you yourself. You are the main character. And take this book as your companion. Trust me.

It isn't easy to be healthy to be honest, but it is easy to choose yourself for once. Try it.

It’s Easy to Be Healthy is an encouraging and practical wellness guide that focuses on making healthy living simple and sustainable. Rather than promoting extreme diets or complicated workout routines, the book emphasizes balance, consistency, and mindful habits that can easily fit into everyday life. The author shares insights from her personal fitness journey and presents them in a way that feels relatable and achievable for readers.
One of the most appealing aspects of the book is its holistic approach to health. It does not focus only on physical fitness but also highlights the importance of mental well-being, mindful eating, and self-discipline. The book discusses the value of regular movement, yoga, and strength training, while also stressing the role of proper nutrition and rest. The advice feels practical because it encourages readers to make gradual lifestyle changes instead of attempting drastic transformations.
The writing style is simple, friendly, and motivating, which makes the book accessible even for people who are just beginning their health journey. The tips and routines shared throughout the chapters are easy to understand and can be incorporated into daily routines without feeling overwhelming. The book also inspires readers to develop a positive relationship with their bodies and view health as a long-term commitment rather than a short-term goal.
Overall, It’s Easy to Be Healthy is a refreshing wellness book that promotes a balanced and realistic approach to fitness and lifestyle. It serves as a gentle reminder that taking care of your health does not have to be complicated. With consistency, mindfulness, and small daily habits, anyone can move toward a healthier and happier life.

book, It Is Easy to Be Healthy by @malaikaaroraofficial is a beautiful book about health. She is a fitness inspiration for me. Whenever I see her videos, I get more crazy about fitness because she looks younger and fitter day by day. This book has told me how I can be happy and healthy inside and outside. It has three parts: beauty, body, and mind, and my favourite part of this book is beauty. She tells that the major portion is sleep, water, and sunshine. In this book, I did not find any difficult remedies or practices. This book is very easy to follow, and this book does not ask me to be perfect, but it asks me to be present and even imperfectly present, which I really liked from this part of the book.
This book made me feel seen because they talk about that confusion we feel after reading too much advice when we know a lot but don’t know where to start. I liked how the book doesn’t pressure us to change our whole life at once. It gently reminds us that small, doable steps are enough and that hesitation, fear of doing it wrong, and not being consistent are normal feelings. This part made me feel calmer about beginning in my own slow way.
What I like the most is the idea that health is not about perfection, but about returning to yourself again and again with kindness. The suggestions feel very practical and human like drinking water, moving your body in simple ways, getting sunlight, resting properly, and not believing everything on the internet. I liked how the book allows mistakes and doesn’t shame you for skipping days it reminds you that being healthy is about showing up imperfectly and choosing yourself gently, every day.

It's Easy to Be Healthy by Malaika Arora is a wellness manual that emphasises on building sustainable and realistic habits. In a gentle voice, shares her personal experiences, her views on beauty promoting a balanced diet over flexible rules. The conversational tone adopted by her feels more like advice from someone who has learnt through tried and tested methods.

The book also focuses on women's health concerns that include phases like pregnancy and menopause. Instead of intense workout routines, it encourages realistic changes that will definitely suffice in the long run. I did feel that this book could have gone deeper into some aspects. Instead of overtly personal insights, she should have also mentioned practices backed by scientific methods. I wanted a detailed explanation of HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training) a principle which is illustrated in Urmi Kothari's book - ’Kinetic Living’ published by Bloomsbury itself.

But I have to admit that her honesty shines throughout. In her own words —

”These are the routines I return to, the lessons I’ve learned through trial and error, and the practices that still ground me today.”

About the Author:

Malaika Arora has championed healthy eats such as protein ice-cream brand called Get-a-Whey and a plant-based bakery — The Cinnamon Kitchen. The restaurateur has also opened a Yoga centre, called Diva Yoga that promotes the ancient practice.

I picked up this book expecting tips and routines, but what stayed with me was something simpler. The idea that health is not about luck, genetics, or motivation. It is about consistency.
What I appreciated is the honesty. Malaika does not pretend that everything she tried worked. Some routines failed, some stuck, and over time discipline became more important than perfection. That felt real.
The habits shared are basic, almost obvious, but maybe that is what we forget the most. Eating better, moving regularly, taking care of your skin, and building small rituals that you can actually maintain. Nothing extreme, nothing intimidating.
This is not a book that will overwhelm you with science or rigid rules. It feels more like a reminder to slow down and take responsibility for your everyday choices. To show up for yourself even on days when you feel tired or unmotivated.
I would recommend this if you are exhausted by wellness trends and just want a gentle nudge to take better care of yourself, one day at a time.

I picked up It’s Easy to Be Healthy expecting another celebrity fitness book, but honestly, it surprised me in a good way. Malaika Arora keeps things real and relatable instead of pushing extreme diets or impossible routines. The book feels like a friendly conversation, full of simple habits you can actually follow in daily life. I liked how she talks about balance—working out, eating well, resting, and also being kind to yourself. It’s not just about looking fit, but feeling good mentally and emotionally too. The personal anecdotes make it feel authentic, especially her thoughts on women’s health and self-care. This isn’t a strict rulebook, more like gentle guidance that motivates you without pressure. If you’re looking for an easy, positive push toward a healthier lifestyle, this book is a comforting and encouraging read.

This book is a deep dive into how Malaika Arora stays so fit and radiant at fifty plus. It covers everything from her morning lemon water and ghee shots to her intense yoga sessions and skincare rituals. Malaika explains her journey of balancing a busy career with motherhood and aging. It is not a boring diet manual but a personal diary of her daily habits.

Honestly I loved how relatable this feels. It is not about starving yourself or doing crazy workouts. It feels like getting advice from a big sister who actually knows her stuff. The tips are easy to follow and the focus on mental peace is a nice touch. If you want to glow from the inside out without the stress of a typical gym plan then this is a great read.

I’ve followed Malaika Arora’s fitness journey for years, but I was curious to see if her book would be practical for someone with a 9-to-5 job. I was pleasantly surprised. Instead of suggesting expensive superfoods or 2-hour workouts, she focuses on consistency and simple rituals.
The chapters on "Magic Potions" (her morning elixirs) and gut health are game-changers. I also appreciated her honesty about women’s health issues like menopause and postpartum recovery—it makes the book feel very grounded. If you want a wellness guide that doesn’t demand perfection but encourages small, better choices, this is it.
