One Bed for Christmas: A Snowed-In Second Chance Gay Christmas Romance

Rate this book
One snowstorm. Two former friends. And unfortunately, only one bed. I haven’t seen Caleb Jensen in twenty years. Not since the night we almost kissed and he ghosted me. I’m fine with my quiet life in Wisconsin. I’m fine spending Christmas alone. Then a blizzard dumps Caleb on my doorstep—frozen, stranded, and looking even better than he did when we were teenagers. I can’t turn him away, but I don’t have to like it. And I definitely don’t have to look at his mouth and wonder what if.

I swore I’d never go back. I thought Ben rejected me back then, and I’ve been running ever since. But Mother Nature has a twisted sense of humor. Now I’m snowed in with the only man I’ve ever truly loved, in a cabin that feels like it's shrinking by the hour. The tension between us is hot enough to melt the snow, but the past is a minefield. We have one storm to fix twenty years of silence.

One Bed for Christmas is a steamy M/M Christmas romance featuring forced proximity, only one bed, grumpy/sunshine, and a second chance two decades in the making.

Two men unexpectedly meet again years after a sad misunderstanding. Shut in together in the midst of a violent snow storm they could now explain what really happened years ago. Beautifully written, painfully sad at times but also sweet and touching, this is a gorgeous tale of lost love and loneliness.

Really enjoyed this one! Ben and Caleb have a really sweet connection. Definitely has some heartache but the ending definitely makes up for it.

I liked the book because it features Caleb and Ben, who knew each other when they were teenagers, reconnecting twenty years later. I skimmed through the chapters because I got tired of all of the self-doubt that was going on between the two of them.
