Genevieve Brown is the classic “It Girl”—smart, beautiful, and effortlessly cool—but beneath the surface, she’s drowning. Caught in a major she doesn’t love and the pressure to be the perfect daughter, she’s desperate for a break. On a whim, she books a ski trip to Silver Lake, Colorado, dragging her best friend Lana along for a snowy escape.
One fall on the mountain—literally—changes everything. A mysterious, blue-eyed snowboarder collides into her and vanishes before she can even catch his name. Determined to find him, Genevieve scours the local Tinder scene, matching with every blue-eyed guy in town… Until one knock on the door changes her entire trip—and maybe her life.
His name is Aspen Davis, and their chemistry is undeniable. But love isn't all cozy nights and playful banter. As the two grow closer, Genevieve is forced to confront the shadows of her past—including the scars left by her father's addiction. When she learns Aspen is hiding a familiar secret of his own, everything she thought she knew about love, trust, and second chances is put to the test.
Falling For You is a story of collision and connection, the kind of love that burns bright and digs deep. It’s for anyone who’s ever fallen hard, hoped big, and had to decide if love is worth the risk.
3.5⭐️ for her first book it was good and cute. As the book progress so does her writting. it was the perfect mix of romance and plot.
the writing was a bit repetitive for me at some point. Also I would of love for the caracters to be a bit older it would have help me connect a bit more with them.
I love the growth of Gen ❤️🩹
I will definitly read her other books in the serie. thanks Brianna for the ARC opportunity 💖
dnf @ 50% - this book was just not for me, personally. the writing isn’t bad and definitely has potential! i really do think that with time and more books written this author’s writing will improve too.
there were some pacing issues for me & i wasn’t a huge fan of the characters themselves. the romance developed a bit too quickly for my tastes.
overall, this is a solid debut, it just doesn’t match up with my particular tastes.
thank you to the author for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
This was such a fast & easy read! The fmc started off like the world revolves around her, which how she grew up its understandable but i loved her character development 🥹 She did grow into being so loving and caring for her bestfriend and opening her heart.
Now this being Brianna's first book this is amazing! I just personally find things a bit too repetitive. The more the book went on I see how much the writing progressed from the first chapter to the very end everything opened up💚 I felt more of a connection with the characters about 3/4 of the way in!
I loved the girl dynamic the two besties had🥹 Forcing your friend to get out and do stuff with you is helping them open up and loved how it had you questioning if she would get her love story too!💙
thank you Brianna for this arc opportunity 🥰

This was a cute read and definitely a great story for a first time author! I can for sure see how her writing got better as I got further into the story. A lot of things were repetitive but I feel like with a good edit this could’ve been a 4 or even 4.5⭐️ for me.
These characters were a little young and immature for my normal taste and I’m not typically into instalove but I feel like for this story it worked. I really enjoyed seeing the character growth with both of them. I also loved the snowed in vibes! ❄️🏂
I would definitely take a chance on the next book in the series! It was an overall fun time.
3.5⭐️ 2.5 🌶️
Thank you Brianna for the ARC I can’t wait to see where things go from here! 🩷
this was SO cute & so cozy! this was a perfect romance to curl up with on a cold gloomy day. aspen and genevieve were so cute and sweet. aspen had me giggling multiple times throughout reading this. this was the perfect amount of spice and plot for me! i highly recommend checking this one out this winter season.
I loved it! It’s the kind of book you don’t want to put down until you’re done. A cute, imperfect love story that kept me hooked the whole way. I really enjoyed it—honestly, I ignored my responsibilities just to keep reading, and I regret nothing.
Though this was a cute, fast, wintery read, you can tell it’s Brianna Sanchez’s debut novel. The writing had some issues (missing punctuation, pacing, and overall inconsistencies), which somewhat affected my reading experience. Still, I adored Aspen and Genevieve, even if their story was very instalovey. Sanchez delivers a fun lil’ romance.
Thank you, Brianna, for giving me a free copy in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own.
I need to be honest, no matter how bad I feel rating an aspiring author’s work so low😅 but the writing was incredibly immature/juvenile. I have hope her writing will get better as it goes along. This is only her first book! But there were so many times I rolled my eyes. So many times I cringed. So many times I was fully thrown out of immersion because of poor writing. For example…I’m all about insta-love stories, but I can’t stand when they continue to say things like “I’ve never seen her wear her hair like that” and “he’s not that kind of guy”. Like how do you knowwwwww. You met them, like, yesterday😅
Here are my real time notes/thoughts while reading, which I kept in my notes app: -I kind of hate Gen lol -There’s a fine line between storytelling and over explaining. Example: “He moves onto my tight long sleeve, slipping it over my head. Once it’s over, my tits break free. They are out and exposed, no longer held by my tight fabric.” …okay…I just…need you to understand we didn’t need 3 sentences to explain he took your shirt off, girl. -Fairly early on in the story, we hear Gen say she knows Aspen likes her for more than her body. Aspen confirms it a few chapters later, calling her intelligent/the smartest woman in any room she enters. But, up until that point, we as readers haven’t read a single, actual conversation between them. Weird plot hole to go so deep into multiple rounds of sex by this point but not let us peek into any sort of conversation held by them that would make Gen seem intelligent/would make him seem like he actually likes her for more than her body. -Seriously could’ve done without the Coke use. -Hard nipples count: 7 -Talking about your brother/saying his name during sex???? Huhhh???? -We get it. He’s “sooo big”. That doesn’t add literally anything to spice. Honestly it kind of ruins it. lol. -why is this boy acting so surprised/saying things like “I’ve never seen her wear her hair like that before” and “I just didn’t know she knew how to cook”?? Like boy that’s because you were only with/around her for literally 3 days 😭
LIKES: I thought that the book had a cute premise, based off the blurb. And as I started to read, I liked learning about these two very different types of characters, flawed in very different ways, and was eager to see how they meshed
DISLIKES:
Genevieve -- It didn't take very long for me to genuinely dislike her character. Maybe it's because I'm older now, but she is way too immature, self-absorbed, and overprivileged for my taste. I had hoped to experience meaningful character growth for her, which there may be by the end of the book, but I didn't stick around to find out
Overall writing -- I read this as an ARC from an indie author, and I'm saying this from the view of an editor and hoping that she understands: the writing does need work. The dialogue, the descriptions, the pacing of the plot, and mechanical errors just for the first quarter of the book that I read, it all needs polishing. The story has potential, but the execution falls short
Character chemistry -- I personally am not a fan of instalust, but that's not where the issue is for me here. If there is instalust, there needs to be undeniable chemistry between the characters, which I think was lacking. Given that, I didn't expect the spice to happen so quickly either, and it felt awkward to me in the moment. There was no time for them to even get to know each other, form a real spark and connection before they became intimate. And the spicy scene that I read just didn't feel right
OVERALL:
Unfortunately, with the issues I just described, I had a difficult time connecting with the story and couldn't continue on. But I do really appreciate the author giving me the opportunity to read her story, and I encourage her to keep at it! ❤️

Thank you Brianna for sending me a free copy of your novel because, I really, truly enjoyed it.
And let me just say, it’s one hell of a debut novel.
It was a fast-paced, spicy and cozy read, and exactly what I needed at the moment to force me out of my mini-slump.
The writing and story definitely got better as the novel progressed, the first few chapters felt a bit disjointed and non-relatable, however as the book developed and story unfolded I found I was truly addicted to it and the characters.
I’m glad to say both Genevieve and Aspen have earnt a special place in my heart.
For future improvements, however, I will mention that there were some tense inconsistencies between present and past, especially when reliving a memory or mentioning something that happened earlier in the day—there were too many switches between present and past that didn’t flow. Additionally, there were a few minor grammatical errors (commas missed, accidentally writing a word twice). There were also a few sentences that were a bit repetitive, particularly at the start of the book, where a sentence or statement had been made, and a few lines later the exact same sentence has been written again.
Usually, this can affect my reading experience however, they didn’t disrupt the story or novel at all, and I still thoroughly enjoyed it; these are just some tips for future improvement!
Thank you again Brianna, and I can’t wait for your future novels, particularly the rest of the books in this series, and I am looking forward to reading them!
This is a cute love story with a little extra spice. First of all, I actually love the characters. Genevieve comes from money, but is the opposite of a stuck up rich snob. You really can't help but like her. She has no problems spending her parents money, but she's generous with the people she cares about. She does not love college and only goes to appease her parents. She decides she needs to get away during break, and books a Colorado cabin for her and her best friend/roommate Lana. While there, she meets Aspen, the handsome snowboarding instructor with aspirations to go pro. They end up falling fast and hard.
Aspen is a sweetheart with a bit of a wild side. I will say the first spicy scene between them reads like the author was forcing a super dom personality on him, which I didn't feel was completely in line with his character. However, the rest of the spice felt way more natural to them and flowed really well. There was just enough conflict to keep the book from being total fluff, but the conflicts were resolved pretty quickly. That being said, I think the author told a fantastic story. The characters felt real and the plot was well written. I definitely look forward to reading more of their work!
Thank you Brianna for sending me this book, I had a great time reading it!🥰
This was a cute, cozy, easy and fast paced read.
We follow Genevieve and Aspen as they rediscover who they are. Genevieve is stuck between deciding what her mom wants for her or going after her dreams. With all the pressure she feels, she plans a get away trip to Colorado where she gets trampled (literally and figuratively) by someone who will change her life.
Aspen is just a guy trying to go pro in snowboarding 🏂 his life is a mess and dealing is with addiction. He wants to turn his life around and when he goes crashing into a certain someone, there’s no going back 🥰
For it being her debut novel, I thought it was good! It did feel a little repetitive but the story progressed so good that it didn’t affect the experience! I’m so excited to read the next book! Lana definitely peaked my interest!!

This was a cozy little read! I really liked the cabin in the snow vibes going on and the friendships between the characters☺️ The writing was good and it made me feel like i was really there with them!
As for our main characters, well i wasn’t a huge fan of them as they are not the type of personalities i’m used to in my books, but they got a little better as the time progressed! I also felt that the relationship between them was forced at times and a little rushed, but i guess that’s part of the trope😕
For these reasons i give this book 3 stars as I understood i’m really not into the insta lust/love trope and unfortunately couldn’t enjoy it as much as i would’ve like to, but if you are into it, then this is the book for you❣️
Lastly, i want to thank Brianna for the opportunity to read her first book and see where her writing goes from here🤍
Falling For You by Brianna Sanchez literally had me hooked from the first chapter. It’s one of those romances you start “just one chapter” and suddenly it’s 2am and you’re fully emotionally invested.
The chemistry is INSANE. Every look every touch every moment had me giggling and kicking my feet. And when it gets spicy… yeah it is definitely spicy 🥵 but in a way that actually feels natural and not forced at all.
What I loved most is how real everything felt. The emotions the tension the vulnerability it all hits so hard. You’re laughing one minute swooning the next and then suddenly catching feelings right along with the characters. The writing is super easy to read and makes it impossible to put down.
If you love romance that’s flirty emotional and very much hot.. yeah Falling For You needs to be on your TBR immediately. Such a good debut and I’m still thinking about it long after finishing. SO excited for more of her books to come.
first of all, i want to thank brianna for sending me this book! it’s amazing how i would have never know this book existed if she had’t reached out<3
secondly, this book was great! i really appreciated the storyline and how both characters could connect through their parents’ divorces. i do think the storyline was a little unrealistic when it comes to falling in love, but it was a very cute story! i look forward to reading her next releases.
SPOILERS: i am stuck with some questions to unanswered endings: - did gen ever stand up to her mom and how did she take it? - did gen ever get a full relationship back with her dad? - how did raul die? does gen feel guilty if he died from the thing raul told her not to tell anyone? - what happened to derek & lana? i thought the second book would def be about them.
4/5⭐️

Genevieve Brown needs a break. Shes tired of being a straight C student maybe charging a weekend away to her parents credit cards isn’t a bad idea? So with her best friend Lana, she heads off to a ski resort - not to ski, because Lana finds the lifts scary, but to spend time in the spa and take photos for Instagram of course.
It’s as she’s taking one of these photos outside in the hot tub that she falls…into Aspen, a snowboarder who just happened to in the wrong place at the wrong time. Or the right place as far as he’s concerned.
Despite the initial sparks, they go about their lives and bid farewell to one another. But they can’t stop thinking about each other.
Trying to find her mystery man, Gen goes to tinder. She doesn’t have a name but she can hope. She doesn’t find aspen, but she does find someone who looks a bit like him with Everest. She invites Everest and various other people to a party at their Airbnb and who should show up with Everest? But Aspen. His brother!
The two are immediately drawn back to one another, having a whirlwind weekend romance. But Gen has to go back home for school. And aspen needs to work, he’s no money, he’s trying to make it pro with his snowboarding and he’s hiding a drug addiction.
Can they make it work?
I really enjoyed it. I’ll be honest, I’m not a romance girly. I’m a bit cynical 🙃 But I’ve always wanted to be a romance girly. So I thought what a better place to start? Really enjoyed reading this! It was a super easy and fast paced read and I loved Gen and Aspen! And Lana and Derek! Definitely check it out if you’re into romance novels!
Thank you Brianna for the opportunity to be gifted and sent your debut novel for an honest review! ❄️🏂
I rated this a ⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 star and it honestly was a good read for a debut novel! Brianna definitely has great potential because her writing is much better than other debut novels I’ve read! I can see Brianna writing other great books!
I rated this low because of my missed connection to both characters and the insta-romance its just not my preference! But there was a mixture of emotional vulnerability, humor, fun in the snow & friendships! I admired the great intertwining of these things in the story considering it was roughly 300 pages.
So i would recommend and I am going to read her latest release! <3 thank you again Brianna!
gen and aspen are insta-love couple. they literally fell in love with each at first sight. not the typical sight to see as she was in a bikini in the snow. hence the cover of the book, which is very cute imo. gen is a rich it girl while aspen is just trying to make it by one day at a time. this book has LOTS of smut more than i’ve ever read tbh. if that is for you, then this would be your cup of tea. i adored the bff friendship of gen and lana. they are just two peas in a pod bringing out the best in each other.
thank you brianna for sending me your debut novel! congratulations & can’t wait to see more of your books soon <3
This book gave me strong Hallmark romance vibes, but with surprising depth woven throughout the story. I loved the city girl × small-town guy dynamic! It felt cozy, charming, and easy to fall into.
The MMC was incredibly sweet, gentle, and steady in a way that made his character so comforting and lovable. The FMC was wild, outgoing, bubbly, and refreshingly down to earth, bringing so much heart and energy to every scene.
What really stood out to me was how the story didn’t shy away from addiction and the journey of overcoming it. It added an emotional layer to the romance that made the characters feel more real and grounded, balancing the light, feel-good tone with meaningful growth and healing.
This was such a cozy, feel-good read ❄️💙 Falling For You is the perfect winter romance — sweet, charming, and easy to fall into. The snowy setting really adds to the vibes and made me want to curl up with a blanket while reading.
I loved the chemistry between the main characters, and their relationship felt natural and heartwarming. It’s a light, comforting story that’s great when you’re in the mood for something cute and romantic.
I love how as the FMC developed and grew!
Overall, a really enjoyable seasonal romance that left me smiling. Definitely recommend if you love cozy love stories 💕
This was such a cozy read especially since it’s been snowing all week! It totally matched the vibes of this cozy winter cabin romance. This book was very bingeable and easy to read. ❄️✨
The story was cute, it felt like watching a romance movie! But I will say the relationship was very rushed. I’m all for getting married young, I got married at 20 lol but they were living together within 1 month and married at 6 months. That’s kinda crazy but hey it was an enjoyable read!
But considering that this is Brianna’s first book is impressive! I did notice the writing became better as the book went on. I’m excited to see what the future holds for her! 🥰

This was such an easy, feel-good romance to get into. I loved the main character Gen and how she seems like she has everything together on the outside, but you slowly see there’s so much more going on underneath. It made her feel really real and relatable.
I also loved the connection between her and the male main character, they’re both going through their own things, and watching their relationship grow felt natural and genuine, not rushed. The emotional moments really hit, but there were also so many soft, sweet scenes that made me smile.
Perfect for anyone who loves character-driven romance!
tropes. - lust, love and hate - second chances - trauma & daddy issues
my thoughts. this was so so cute. i enjoyed the story, i read it in two sittings. aspen had me blushing the entire book. even though i’m not someone who usually reads love at first sight, i decided to give it a chance anyway to step out of my comfort zone. i definitely recommend it as a winter read. i’m so excited to read more of brianna.
I ultimately decided to DNF this because of the strong emphasis on drug abuse, it just really didn’t align with me! However, it was a great book otherwise! I love snowboarding so seeing that as Aspens passion was super cool, especially with the terminology and emphasis on his skills. Also, Genevieve’s storyline was really intriguing as I love characters with some sort of fame or power! This book wasn’t for me but I hope anyone who is ok with my faults loves it!
Such a great debut novel from Brianna Sanchez! This story was super cute and absolutely perfect for a cozy fall or winter read
I loved the main characters, Aspen and Genevieve - oh, how I adore Aspen! And Genevieve’s character growth? Truly fantastic to watch unfold. Their dynamic made this story so enjoyable and heartfelt.
There were a few repetitive moments and some grammatical errors, but they didn’t take away from the overall experience. This was still a fantastic read that left me smiling.
Thank you so much, Brianna, for a copy of the book in exchange for my honest review!
Falling for You by Brianna Sanchez is an absolute delight from beginning to end. This story hooked me right away with its warm, relatable characters and the kind of chemistry that practically leaps off the page. What I loved most is how real the emotions felt—The author balances tenderness, humor, and heartache in a way that makes the romance not only real, but unforgettable.
Absolutely loved it!! Completely swept me away. Bri writes with so much emotion that you feel every moment right alongside the characters. The story was sweet, addictive, and beautifully paced. Couldn’t put it down. I didn’t want it to end, I cannot wait for the next books!!!!!!! Such a cute, fast & easy read!!
Eeekk I loved this book! Such a cutesy winter romance. This is Brianna’s first book and I cannot wait for the rest of the series!
I found the ending to be a little rushed, especially with her dad. Would’ve liked to see how Aspen turns pro, etc. As Brianna is an indie author, and this was her first book, there was a few grammatical errors I noticed throughout, but nothing that phased me or ruined the story.
Overall really did love it!
Thanks Brianna for sending me a free copy🫶🏻

This was such a cute read! I loved the instant connection between the main characters and I’m always down for a meet-cute! I loved reading about a girl who knows exactly what she wants and does everything she needs to get it. Aspen… oh Aspen, I love you. This man fell hard and I will always be obsessed with a man who is obsessed with his girl! If you’re looking for a love story with a strong FMC and a golden retriever MMC, this is the book for you!!
Definitely a wonderful winter romance novel with a compelling love-at-first-sight plot and a decent level of spice! I truly think this was a great first novel, and I’m looking forward to following Brianna’s future releases. She definitely has a fan for life! ❄️🤍
