Above And Beyond: True stories of real heroes

Rate this book
This is a collection of short, easy to read accounts of those that have given so much for you and me. Each story is true. Countless hours were spent researching each and every one to make them as detailed and accurate as possible. There is no underlying political message in this book. It is intended to honor those that give meaning to words like "courage", "dedication", "honor", and "self-sacrifice" and do so in the pursuit of freedom for you and me. If you cry while reading Above And Beyond, then I have done my job.

Being retired military and having to remember those who came before and what they did is interesting. However we do not get to read or hear of those who did things in other branches of service. With this book you get to read what they did for our country. It is a very good read by some one who did his part as well. Ken honored his brothers, sisters and the animals who served.

Great Stories of Courage

Author Ken Osmond does a wonderful job of sharing the stories of courageous men, women, and even animals during wartime. A very enjoyable read. I recommend it for history and military buffs.
