I was straight. Capital-S, church-raised, boyfriend-kissing, never-once-looked-at-a-girl straight. Then Naomi Hartley, 6'1" of dark-skinned, thick-thighed, Brooklyn-bred basketball goddess, body-checked me in the hallway and ruined me for every man on earth in three seconds flat.
One collision. One raspy “baby girl.” One caramel-sweet kiss that tasted like the end of everything I thought I knew.
Suddenly I’m the shy, nerdy freshman wearing her jersey in the bleachers, screaming myself hoarse while she drops thirty-foot daggers and winks at me like she already owns every inch of me. And she does.
From stolen library orgasms to shower-stall worship, from rooftop proposals under Barcelona stars to mile-high reunions that fog entire airplane windows, Naomi Hartley teaches me exactly what my tongue was made her name, her clit, her forever.
Enemies-to-lovers? We never hated each other. We just didn’t know we were soulmates until her mouth was between my thighs and I was speaking fluent lesbian in screaming, sobbing, squirting tongues.
This is the filthy, funny, heart-shredding story of how one straight girl got posterized by love, learned that “baby girl” is a prayer and a promise, and discovered that some women don’t just steal your breath; they rewrite the entire way you breathe.
extremely high heat, size-difference deliciousness, possessive Black domme energy, first-time everything, and enough devotion to make you genuinely believe in love. If you like your lesbian romance dripping wet, emotionally devastating, and laugh-out-loud real, one-click now and let Naomi Hartley wreck you too.
Dont know how i stumbled upon this or what made me read it especially since the cover is ai like what the hell are we doing here guys⁉️⁉️also why is this called enemies to lovers when they never started as enemies. They didnt even know each other at all begore bumping into each other. This was still cute once u get passed all that. I simply read it cuz its 3am and im not ready for bed uet but dont wanna commit to a full novel.
This was a short read. It followed a girl who thought she was straight but found herself having feelings for another girl. It played on a very real and common situation where her parents were overly religious and not accepting, which added tension to the story. She met a girl, fell for her, and began to figure herself out through that connection.
It was a familiar storyline, but still relatable. There was a heavy focus on physical intimacy throughout the book. Overall, it was an okay read for something quick.
Aww this was a very cute love at first sight type of deal. It’s cute how bumping into someone can be the start of the rest of your life. A lot of people are unsure of their sexuality until they met “the one”. I am happy the FMC was able to meet the love of her life. 🤭 oh my the sex scene. If I could have been a fly on the wall 😝.
I admit the description didn’t immediatelyyy draw me in but the cover did whew . Definitely a quick read !! The more spicy scenes later on in the veryyyy short book were skimmed and not at all completely written out . It was more of a “We did this and this which resulted in this” then it moves on . I hope this makes sense but regardless I enjoyed it
This was a story about a relationship that grew from simple infatuation into genuine love. Life can be confusing, but Simoya eventually discovered what she truly wanted, thanks to Naomi's patience and love. Hopefully, Simoya's parents will fully come around, rebuild their relationship with her, and become the loving, supportive parents she deserves.
Sooooo cute. Uggghh a perfect from beginning to end. I love how Naomi always gave her reassurance and space to feel comfortable and uncomfortable. Also I loved they had such a good support system.
