I gain weight fast. And I lose weight fast. Well at least I used to. I had a normal BMI for probably 2 months. Until I gained all the weight I lost back and some, with a vengeance. Having my parents over, who cooked me 5 meals a day did not help my case. Especially if mom would give me sad puppy dog eyes whenever I didn't finish my food.
Well, anyway, I am trying to get my fitness back and it's a struggle. With back pain, it makes it very hard to do much. Also a hectic work schedule makes working out almost impossible. Well not impossible, but a girl needs some sleep. But seriously, I work a lot. Not anybody's fault but mine. Having a mortgage just made two jobs a necessity. So squeezing said workout anywhere is a challenge.
Ok, about the book, it's short, but it's free. I'd take any advice I can get. Most of the contents are common knowledge, but it doesn't hurt to get a reminder. Also there are some helpful tips which I could use to help me get a beach bod before summer. ok, that is pushing i, but a girl can dream.
