Great read with lots of spice and an unexpected ending!
Gemini Gemini starts out with a normal scenario, following a young woman, Piper, in a relationship that has devolved from good into one of miscommunications, abuse, and distrust. Life is souring even more as time goes on and lines are crossed. Enter the zodiac and the impacts from her sign and that of her "twin". Challenges appear and the only constant is their relationship. This engaging and charismatic duo are able to stay ahead of all that life is throwing at them, including dangerous foes and secret organizations. They survive each succeeding challenge, with the stakes becoming so high that the future continually looks perilous. The story moves at a fast pace, and the ending is quite shocking!! Hoping the sequel is just as good!

I was given an advanced reader copy of this book by the author in exchange for an honest review. I liked this book more than I expected to, and genuinely felt a need to keep reading to figure out what would happen next. Piper and Trey each frustrated me at times, but I couldn’t help but be drawn in to their story and rooting for their success and safety in what seems to be an increasingly dangerous world for them. I had to go back at times with pen and paper to keep track of all the clues and secrets I was piecing together in this surprisingly new take on astrology-driven fantasy. The ending left me reeling and needing book two right away. I can’t wait for the rest of this series!

What a RIDE! Set in modern day, a girl in unfortunate circumstances crosses paths with a man that’s about to change everything. After a night under the full moon, both start experiencing some supernatural circumstances, they realize it could be connected to each other. Bring in two secret societies trying to recruit them, who can they trust? Which side is good and which is evil? Not knowing who to trust, our MC’s lean on each other and learn about their new abilities together. And the ending!?!? I need a book 2 IMMEDIATELY.

Easy to read and fast paced! I read this book in two days. Piper, the FMC, is likable, and at the beginning, vulnerable. She grows as more challenges come her way. Her meeting the MMC is momentous and leads to serious commitments and crazy adventures. The adventures become more and more difficult. They encounter two secret organizations that put them in precarious positions, and that separate the twins to a degree. Can't wait for the second book!

I read this book in three days because I could not put it down. The characters and storyline kept me guessing through each chapter. A lot of hints/clues to things coming in the series which had me invested from the start. Great read for anyone looking for a romance/fantasy book with a little humor thrown in along the way. I’m looking forward to more in this series!

Couldn't put it down until I finished the last page. Very original and fun storyline that allows the imagination to drift a bit. Loved the darkness of the foundation, but the tenderness of Piper and Trey's 'relationship' is what really drew me in. Can't wait for the sequel.

Gemini Gemini is a unique and entertaining crossing of astrology, crime, and the supernatural. Taking place in the modern world, there is a secret reality hidden in plain sight - one where the zodiacs battle it out over good vs evil. Main characters Trey and Piper connect in unlikely circumstances and find themselves in the middle of this secret circle, whether they like it or not.
The Kindred and Eighth House, along with their elusive members, will have you questioning who are the actual good guys. People who know nothing about astrology will still enjoy this series and astrology lovers can geek out over it.
I’m looking forward to continuing the series as this author releases more!

I love the plot of this book, I haven’t read anything quite like it before! You almost don’t want to like the 2 main characters - 2 hot athletic 20-something’s, but I found myself rooting for them throughout the entire book. The second half of the book was hard to put down. It ends leaving you wanting more, and I’m excited to read the next book in the series!

Gemini Gemini is the kind of book that has you hooked from the first chapter and it only gets better. This book has such an original plot and I absolutely loved it. The author found a perfect balance of telling a story, while making you feel like you’re experiencing it with the main characters. Cannot wait for the next book!!

The book was much better than I expected it to be. Drew me in from the first chapter and kept me breathless with suspense. Original story and great characters, did not see the ending coming. Eager for the next book in the series!
