I'm convinced that this was written by an author of confusion, or the editor/proofreader dropped the ball. There is no other way to see it. The story repeated itself so much. I liked the story and the potential it has but not the writing. Once I hit 92%, yeah I wouldn't read another book by this author intentionally.
The sound is recommendation on TikTok, very surprised at how the story told itself, without a bunch of unnecessary sex scenes, it was a wonderful plot, minus the repetitive chapters. If you're able to look past the horrible editing , it really , and truly is a great read
I loved that Karim was a focused and likable protagonist. The author delivered on explaining Karim's life and what got him to where he is today. She was also able to bring the story together and have me wanting more.
The book has some potential, but there are a lot of errors. Some things were repeated. I did like the beginning of the book and where it was going but it started dragging for me. This book ends in a cliffhanger
