Mck Murphy is awoken when his friend Pauly, the ex-marijuana smuggler, hides the Ambassador's body in Murphy's outdoor freezer. The old Ambassador didn't die of natural causes. Norm takes samples of the Ambassador's blood to a clandestine government lab, and they discover the poison that killed him has also been used to kill old German Stasi agents living in the States. Soon, Norm and Murphy are included in the kill list. Even though CIA agents are not allowed to work within the United States, two agents show up at Murphy's home with questions he can't answer. Soon after, an ex-Congressman and his grandson, a newly elected Congressman, are involved and there are more questions than answers.
