I decided that 2021 was going to be the year I finally had a proper Burns supper, and this guide was the perfect little companion to get the job done. The authors provide a link to a haggis purveyor in the U.S., to which I may add that Ackroyd's Scottish Bakery in Redford, Michigan is another stellar vendor.

informative but…

When I went to print free printable there was no avoiding a $5.00 charge. No biggie I guess but should not say free if it isn’t. Also no actual recipe for haggis. Only how to cook it when you buy it ready made.

There isn't a lot here that can't be found via Google... but it covers all the key points and it's nice to have it all in one spot. The highlight is the link to legal haggis in the States! I've yet to receive the printables; I rather begrudge the steps needed to obtain them. Also, there are some editing errors. All-in-all, though, it's handy and serves its purpose --- and I was able to get it on Kindle for free, so who can complain?! I'll drink to that! 4 stars

A decent overview of a typical Burns Night celebration. If you're unfamiliar with the concept, this wouldn't be a bad place to start, but there's nothing here that couldn't be learned with ten minutes of searching online.
