This book was highly recommended to me but it just didn’t “speak” to me. I found some of it very strange and other parts as common sense that didn't need to be written about. Apparently this book works for some people but it didn't for me.

My new bible on leadership - it compiles many previous theories (e.g. from Stephn covey) and covers definitely most aspects of leadership. the analogy above or below the line is also helpful in my work
