The Final Challenge is an Urban Fantasy for discerning adults.
Enjoyed it for the most part. The final climax was a little simplistic and used too much plot armor for it to be exciting but it worked. The lead up was OK and kept me engaged enough to overlook some of the silliness that these OP harem books have. My overall feelings about the series is that it was better than a lot of the others in this genre and ended before ended at the right length. For this genre, get bored after about 5 or 6 books in.
Ace has his greatest quest to complete to free the goddess he serves. There is plenty of adventure and danger. The one bit that would have been nice to hear was that Ace helped the monks rebuild the monastery. Excellent editing. Enjoyed.
