Wow! This book was amazing! Inspiring, informative, practical and, dare I say, life-changing? I have been a fan of Robert Kiyosaki for many years, but this book, written by Kim Kiyosaki, his wife, has special appeal. It is written specifically for women, presenting a strong case for women to pursue their own financial freedom by aspiring to what they really want, acquiring a sound financial education and applying what they learn with courage and tenacity.

The book is extremely accessible, making complicated economic concepts easy to grasp. It also contains lots of real-life stories of ordinary women who have dared to enter the financial markets, invest in real estate, trade in precious metals or start businesses. I found it incredibly mind-opening and motivational. It made me believe that I could do much more than I had previously tried, and also made me realise how important it is as a mother that I educate my children and model investing so that they can become financially competent too.

This is definitely a book I will go back to, perhaps several times, because there is so much worthwhile information and encouragement to develop that I will be sure to get something fresh out of it each time I return. It is also a book which I wish many of my friends and family members would read, because it is so positive about women and their potential for success. I am a huge believer in learning new skills and applying them, since achieving anything brings with it a sense of accomplishment and happiness. If only more people could realise that the possibility of improving their quality of life rests with them and took the necessary steps to make things happen!

Es un libro bueno para que empecemos a romper el miedo de emprender e iniciarnos en la inversión. Es toda la filosofía de Padre rico, padre pobre. Buena continuación de Mujer millonaria y bueno como apología del capitalismo.

This might have been a great book if I hadn't read her husband's (Robert Kiyosaki's) books first. I learned nothing new from this, I found it to be repetitive and discussing simple concepts that could have been explained in just a few pages. If you are a woman who needs encouragement, who needs someone to tell her that she can take her finances into her own hands, and if you need to be inspired by examples of women who have made it and who started with nothing but ended up very successful, then this book is great. If you are already capable of handling your finances and doing OK but want to do even better, I'd opt for something less basic.

I did prefer her other book, but still love this one. I listened to the audio book, was not a fan of the narrator, often having the feeling I am being told off. The book itself is a good pep talk, inspiring and thought provoking. It can be read over and over and you will learn more from it each time. I am eagerly awaiting another book from the author. Book Review: It’s Rising Time! – A Book for Women to Achieve their Financial Dreams

Kim Kiyosaki’s book “It’s Rising Time!” is a call to action for women to do whatever it takes; in mind, body, emotion and spirit; to reach their financial dreams.

I will leave some questions with the intention of helping you look inside your heart, mind, soul and spirit. How do you define your financial heaven? Can you imagine what it would be like without having to worry about money again? How do you see yourself and your family? Do you see yourself living longer than your money? Do you feel like you have a choice?

I urge you, my dear women readers, to grab a copy of this book and help fight the battle to break the glass ceiling and to stop limiting ourselves to reach our fullest potential, achieve our best self and live our best life.

I actually feel kind of sad that I didn’t finish reading this book earlier! It’s just that I found it very challenging to keep up merely because I was so anxious and doubtful about entrepreneurship in general. However, after reading this book I can honestly say that it is definitely a book that I would like to keep. Kim explains in depth the various underlying concepts from scratch while also providing various real life examples. I highly recommend reading this book especially if you feel like understanding entrepreneurship is difficult and unachievable.

I loved this book because she really goes into such great detail about the benefits of working towards your financial freedom. The life stories in this book should motivate women to really get into their finances and to stop allowing men to think they are superior when it comes to math and numbers. It’s your life take full responsibility for your finances and make the strides to retirement without worrying about where your funds will come from.

Love this book!

This is a must-read book for any woman wanting to learn how to be financially independent, as well as a must read for the men who genuinely love and support the women in their lives. Kim is honest, practical and real in her approach here. I’ve bought copies for my sister and daughters. I highly recommend this book!
