I’m an introvert with a black hole for a brain. I live in the middle of the woods, work a stressful and unstable artist day job, and try to find my sanctuary in the different worlds I create at night.

I never really got past my angsty phase, so readers will find tons of angst in my stories, but rest assured, they will also land on a happy ending eventually, should they choose to jump on this ride with me. My stories are usually MM romance, mature, intense, and sometimes, very thematically dark. My writing genres range across fantasy, romance, sci-fi, and thriller.

Please consider leaving a review if you've enjoyed my books. It will greatly help a new author like me gain more visibility. Thank you so much for your support!

one of the reviewers here said this should have been 1 long book or 2 books instead of three and lowk i agree

so many things happened in book 2-3 (even in 1) that were completely unnecessary and didnt add much plotwise or characterwise, but as concepts i found the ideas and plot points the series really interesting.

such as the idea that lucius was the 'evil' twin controlled by a demonic god, and the manipulativeness and lucius falling into depravity that came with it. i hate chosen one plots, but i liked the twist that he was not chosen to be a hero but instead a villain, and that alone made him more dimensional and flawed and i really loved that. i also loved the idea in the first book about lucius' betrayal, the fact that he still went through with it even though he was in love with dorian, and his scheming at certain points was amazing.

so yeah, there are more positives, and before i get into the negatives, i think the first book was the best, the second one not meeting expectations, and the third just being boring. just to get that out of the way.

what i didn't like? the incessant back and forth btween the two love intersts for three books. i love jealousy scenes, trust me, but there is a limit. i will applaud the author for the lack of smut, though. so many authors need to add smut every second chapter. i'm glad that wasn't the route this trilogy went in.

this isn't third book related but in the second book we should have lowk seen dorian more angry about the betrayal. he kind of just misses him, and we never actually see any expression of anger towards lucius at all. so when the forgiveness scene finally arrived it didn't feel earned at all.

the third book- umm!! the children were useless, half of the things that happened i dont even remember, so i cant even provide a proper critique. it was just boring. what i will say though,, in its defence, i loved azreal/asmodius' dynamic, and was also rooting for anton/florian since the second book!! i know they were side characters and therefore didn't get much screentime, but author, know that you write your intrarelationships between side characters extremely well!! im sitting here wishing i had seen more of azreal and asmodius. we need a spin off pls.

i also liked the way asmodius orchestrated things throughout the series. the master manipulator role is something i always enjoy to read. the way he planned zephyr's death, lucius' acceptance of his blood and kept luring lucius back was amazing. and again, i usually don't like villains (theyre villains, after all) the author managed to make asmodius reprehensible and still likable, so point there as well!!

i actually ended up writing more positives than negatives- that wasn't planned but... it is what it is. again i can't say much negatives except that half of the entire series could be removed and it would be fine. so many redundant scenes. but the scenes that DID add to the story?? chefs kiss.

I really think the main improvements would have been to make this a duology, not put so much back and forth betwen lucius and dorian, have dorian and lucius GENUINELY go back to enemies before the yearning (i hate that word but this was an appropriate use for it) and more asmodius shenanigans because his scheming was lovely. woulda bumped this to a 4 -4.5 star. there are other imrpovements that could have been made but tbh these were the main ones.

i know this is your first trilogy, author (im sorry i couldn't be bothered to type your whole username), and this is also your debut. on that alone, you did an excellent job. i will definitely tune in for your next alpha x alpha trilogy! good luck!

Honestly just confused as 500 page for the first book into 300 for the 2nd now 400 pages fir the 3rd. It could had been done in 2 books or 1 really long one. This story was stupid legitimate. Granted Im not a fan of the Mc in a powerful world and being an Uber weak individual that end up becoming slave but the romance was ruined the second the author did the identical twin route. I get twin evil to do identical and the 6 year yearning. This wasn't a dark romance it was just unnecessary Bs straight up. Also no semicolons. Usually when I dont see em it dont turn out to be a good story as the author only uses 2 forms of punctuation so the telling of the over all story was just bad. It wasn't as fantasy or romantic as you may think. dont wate your time with this its not worth it

I waited months for this book to come out and it did not disappoint. (Some of the choice of words did threw me off like “welp” and words of that sort)
But I love the characters so much, their development, Lucius and Dorian deserved their happy ending for sure and I am happy that they got it.
Now I’ll say, it did saddened me that we didn’t get to experience their good life.
Them with their kids reuniting after 150 years..would’ve loved to read a bit more of that 😭
Other than that, 10/10 loved the series

I enjoyed the books, especially since it has mpreg and love mpreg. But the ending of the last book isn't as satisfying to me as I hoped. I'll have love to see the couple life together after resurrection, at least a normal life for the first time knowing nothing would get in the way of their happiness any more and have moment as family with Adrian and Freya. I've wanted to see that moment, expected to see it in fact, maybe that's why I felt disappointed. I like the way you tell a story and I'll like to read more of your work, but I hope your other works provide more satisfying endings.

Unique Storytelling

Conflicted on this 3rd book. The first two were 5 ⭐ reads for me but this 3rd was my least favorite. Overall a 4 for the series. I loved the world building and the characters overall. I did feel they suffered more than necessary and the lengths of time apart (this whole book) was too long. I much preferred them working as a team.

Great world building and characters

This was a wonderful series. The twists and turns unexpected. The author did a great job tying up everything in the end. I have enjoyed the entire ride and look forward to the next book they create.

Great ending!

There was so much suffereing and heartbreak throughout the series that it somehow feels tied up too neatly. It was little wishy washy towards the end almost disney like...but I enjoyed it and loved it and 100% recommend it.
