If networking feels fake, forced, or flat-out uncomfortable . . . this book shows you a better way.

Most people don’t struggle because they’re “bad at networking.”
They struggle because networking has always been taught like a
smile big, talk fast, act confident, and hand out business cards like K-pop photocards.

Yeah . . . no. That era is over.

Networking 3.0 gives you a modern, zero-cringe approach built for real humans — the ones who value authenticity over performance.

And here’s the truth no one says out

Being introverted, extroverted, or ambiverted has nothing to do with your ability to connect.
That’s just where you get your energy — not how good you are with people.

This book works for all three because it doesn’t require you to “act a certain way.”
It teaches you how to connect in a way that actually fits you.

It’s delivered through three simple, doable

PART I — INNER WORK
The mindset shift that makes everything easier.

Before you touch a conversation, you get grounded

• Why networking anxiety happens (and how to dial it down)
• How to retire the “performing version” of yourself
• What confidence looks like when you’re not faking it
• How your values, strengths, quirks, and lived experiences make you memorable
• How to identify your connection currency — what people naturally appreciate in you

Inner Work gives you clarity and confidence so you can show up as yourself — not the overly polished “networking mode” version.

PART II — OUTER WORK
What to say, how to say it, and how to build relationships that last.

No forced charm. No energy-draining tactics.
Just real-world tools you can use

• Natural conversation cues
• DM openers and follow-up messages that don’t feel weird
• Ways to keep a conversation going without overthinking
• How to exit a conversation confidently
• How to give micro-value using the Net-Offering™ Method
• How to grow your Social Net Worth™ — trust, visibility, reciprocity, and growth

Outer Work makes connecting feel doable — whether you refill your energy alone, with people, or somewhere in between.

PART III — MAKE IT STICK
A simple rhythm that turns everything into a habit — without burnout.

You’ll use the TAP Model (Train–Apply–Perform) to build consistency through small, meaningful

• Light-touch daily steps
• Confidence meters to track your growth
• 2–3 minute event debriefs
• Touchpoint tracking that doesn’t feel overwhelming
• A sustainable rhythm you can keep long-term

Plus the 30-Day Networking 3.0 Playbook with daily prompts, challenges, and checkpoints that help you stay consistent and confident.

THIS IS NOT A TRADITIONAL NETWORKING BOOK
There’s no fluff, no pressure, and zero demand to “act extroverted.”
Just a clean, modern approach that actually works in today’s

• Remote conversations
• DM culture
• Digital overwhelm
• Anxiety and overthinking
• The need for re
