Or so he thought.Book Colton’s Memory When Colton Marsh gets a call about a classic car that’s broken down near the belly dancing school run by his best friend’s mother, he figures he’ll get the car up and running, collect his pay and then head on back to his ranch to start mowing the southern pasture. Wrong. Memory Wells lights a fire of lust inside him stronger than anything he’s ever experienced, and she makes it quite clear that she’s as hot for him as he is for her. I really enjoyed reading Untamed boxed set by author Ciana Stone. The heroes in the stories are sexy brothers, two of them are reunited with their first love and the third brother, destiny intervenes. The author injected some paranormal elements which added some excitement and suspense into the stories.

I am a total fan of first love and reunion stories so Clint and Lily's story in Feels Like the First Time really captured my attention right from the beginning. The chemistry between these two just sizzled off the pages and the sex was scorching hot. I really enjoyed Lily's spunk and her no-holds barred attitude throughout this book and Clint's devotion and protectiveness of her. This was a wonderful story and so glad I had a chance to read it.

When You Least Expect It features Cam and Ellie who were childhood friends and first loves. They are reunited again after Ellie inherits her father's ranch. I have to admit I enjoyed watching Cam living the bachelor's life and even more so seeing him fall all over again for Ellie. These two had great chemistry given their past history and sparks flew when they were together. The paranormal element in this story was a little more creative but just as enjoyable. Another great story by this author.

I really liked Colton's Memory where both the hero and heroine are feeling unsatisfied in their lives and looking for a change. I loved both Colton and Memory and their respective friendship with Anthony and Romeo. I also loved Colton's close relationship with Anthony's mom Mirriam whom he calls Mama and her role in getting Colton and Memory together. These two were destined to get together which I find romantic and their sex scenes were smoking hot. I really enjoyed how everything came together and played out in this story.

First let me start with the book cover doesn't fit this book at all!!! Just because the guys in these stories own ranches doesn't make this a cowboy book.

I really enjoyed stories 1 & 2 but story 3 not really. The first 2 stories were fun and surprising with a little "wth" going on. The sex was hot, the characters were fun. Story 3 was just a little fast for me. It jumped in with both feet and ran from the beginning. I do not enjoy insta-love in my books and this couple were in bed after about 20 minutes together and he called her "the love of his love" the next day, Day 3 or maybe 4 she chose him as her "mate" and that was the end. I think I just would have picked a different way to end this book. I did enjoy the narrator, he's a favorite of mine.

Three start for the story. It was definitely misleading cover as it is not a Wester/Cowboy story even though ranches and horses are involved. The story has some magic and paranormal twist to it.

BUT it is a one start for the writing or more like for editing. The book is full of mistakes. English is my second language and I do miss and don't really care about mistakes, but when words are missing, or typed together or half of it missing and even at one point Clint become Max, grrr. It is frustrating to read the same paragraph again and again to figure out what was supposed to be said. Continued reading because I loved the sporty line but this series need serious editing.

I read this book and listened via the Romance subscription through Audible.

There are three books in this set. I have read two so far.

Feels like the first time. (BOOK 1) 3 stars

I guess I shouldn't call this Insta love just because Clint and Lily had a past. When they reconnected, they were combustible.

The storyline with Lily having to start over because of her ex husband's behavior was kind of interesting. Suddenly a paranormal twist was tossed into the mix along with some action and suspense.

As I'm thinking about what path this story is going to take next, Lily does something dumb, things work out, and Lily and Clint have their HEA.

A fast-paced, steamy, romantic suspense that was a little disappointing at the end. I also listened to this book via Audible books.

WHEN YOU LEAST EXPECT IT (BOOK 2) 4 stars

This is the second book in the trilogy. This book seemed longer, more detailed, and there was more of a mystery in the plot.

The similarities with book one were, Cam and Ellie had a history, and there was paranormal involvement, and they fell in love quickly, and Ellie also managed to do something dumb.

This was a fast paced, romantic suspense that was VERY strong on the paranormal side. There was an evil person, some violence, a discussion of light and dark, a twist that was not expected, and a good dose of magic.

With all of that going on, Cam and Ellie had their HEA, but I could have used an epilogue because their HEA was really kind of weird. I also listened to the Audiobook.

COLTON'S MEMORY (BOOK 3) 3 stars

This book started out as a regular (non paranormal) romance. It suddenly morphed into a straight paranormal romance.

Clint and Memory's story ties so completely into the first two books, I was surprised. I guess you could read it as a standalone, but I'm not really sure. Since I read the first two books and knew what was being discussed in the 3rd, it is difficult for me to decide. info

I think you would be ok reading just this book, because Colton, Clint, Cam, Lily, Ellie, and Eldrich, have to go through the background info to bring Memory up to speed.

This is a fast paced story. You get just enough information to establish a bit of background for the two main characters and then the storyline morphs into a paranormal tale.

At least it tied up the loose ends from the first two books. I also listened to the Audiobook "Untamed" which include the three book series.

Such fun and so entertaining.
I would love to meet the Marsh men they are down-right awesome and I loved their stories. This three-book collection will have you looking at Colton, Cam and Clint’s facing challenging twists and turns with their ladies. Let us just say the journeys did have some bumps along the way. I loved the ladies Memory, Ellie, and Lily they were just the right ones for our heroes. In three well-written books you will have such a fun and entertaining time and so get the audible book Eric Dove was so cool as the narrator. I highly recommend this gem of a collection. I did receive a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.

I only finished the first story-couldn’t make myself read any more. Editing was terrible. One paragraph the male character was Clint, then he was Max, then Clint again. I thought this was was supposed to be a story about ranching, but that wasn’t mentioned much at all. Then, the female character is suddenly a (spoiler alert!) pyrokinetic and starts randomly starting fires. Glad it was a free read.

These playboys meet their matches and instantly fall in love, I love that. The paranormal elements were a surprise and are very intriguing. These second chance love and magic combinations can stand-alone but also smoothly connect as well. Plot focuses is great, drama is adventurous and intense, familial support is amazing. Very well written series. Eric Dove is an excellent narrator, one of the best I've ever heard. I was provided a free copy of this audiobook and am voluntarily reviewing.

Audio Review: Untamed by Ciana Stone (Author), Eric Dove (Narrator)

Untamed is a cacophony of genres. Stone mixes tempting romance, alpha heroes and hints of paranormal with an eerie backdrop of suspense. Though the recipe has a tendency to falter at times, narrator, Eric Dove keeps hearts invested in the unpredictability of it all. Add in the fact that the adventure never wavers and you have a thriller of a time.

Untamed

Cowboys and Supernatural ... what more could you ask for? I really enjoyed this box set of all three books in this series. There is a bit of inst love going on, but that is expected when Destiny is involved. The narration is done really well and helps bring the stories to life. Definitely a must listen for people who love the supernatural and yet want something unique as well.

Cowboys, and Damsels, and Fae...Oh My!!

This was a sweet collection of romance with a great twist. I really liked how this author combined western and paranormal. While I enjoyed the stories very much, this bundle could have used a bit more editing.

I didn't expect the romance set about the three brothers finding love to have this interesting twist of paranormal fighting against evil. Fun brave women heroines and gorgeous heroes. What's not to love!

THIS IS FOR THE AUDIOBOOK VERSION:

Points for making me curious enough to research Florida Ranching (And for those of you who wonder about things like this, check out the long, long, long (who knew??) history of cattle ranching in Florida https://www.floridamemory.com/photogr... )

That said. This book was different. I read the reviews beforehand, so I walked into this one expecting hot cowboys with a paranormal theme.
Silly me, I read "paranormal" and was expecting werewolves.

There were no werewolves (this is fine, I get my shifter fixes aplenty) BUT there were semi truck wrecks, explosions, fires, vindictive loan sharks, bad exes, dead exes, cows, dreams, horses, bizarre deaths involving planes and hot air balloons and then there were treasure maps and deadly billionaires and fae and cowboy & cowgirl sex all narrated by the super smooth voice of Eric Dove.

If you're tired of... whatever the heck you were reading previously, this book won't be anything like it, I'm pretty certain. Was it super hot? Nope, for those who prefer their romance to be lite on showing bedroom action, you'll feel comfortable with this one.

Overall was it a good listen? It was okay. The storylines certainly strove to be different and interesting, but I never quite reached emotional investment in the characters or their relationships.
Let's talk narration. Eric Dove has a nice voice. Perfectly fit my mental image for a cowboy's voice. His delivery reminded me a bit of Jim Frangione, but imagine a more relaxed, natural cadence to the reading. Nice.
As a side note. Rating narrators is difficult. Is the audio quality good? Yes. Is the voice good? Easy to listen to? Paced well? Yes, yes, yep. What's the hang up then?? Well, I am simultaneously listening to an audio with Sebastian York and I've got to rehaul the way I rank narrators because Eric Dove has a perfectly nice voice, but when you compare to York... see? Those of you who've listened to him know what the problem is: Unfair to compare to other narrators. So! Heretofore, Sebastian gets his own category, and I'm going to say great job Dove, full stars for a beautifully done audio. (And even though I haven't written a review for it yet, I can tell you Reasonable Doubt by Whitney G voiced by York and the fabulous Erin Mallon is AWESOME, I fuhreakin' LOVED listening to it)

--I was given a copy of this audiobook in exchange for an honest review.

Ciana Stone again gives a very enjoyable listen. I love these 3-story romances. The Marsh brothers bring us a variety of personalities with good looks, interesting women and hot sex. Beginning with Clint and Lily, second chance romance is alive and well. Little, did we know that Lily's estranged husband was crazy! And Lily has fire power...literally. This story was fun, fast paced and just enough suspense. Bringing us to Cam and Ellie, another second chance romance. Who would have thought after so many years, these two would come back together. I loved the puzzle Ellie put together and finding out her heritage. Again, a little paranormal, and just enough suspense. Lastly, Colton and Memory bring them all together. Memory had the most interesting of the powers, and I loved her immediate chemistry with Colton.

I especially loved the cross reference of the Nash family from The Whisperers trilogy. It is always fun to bring old "friends" back in.

Eric G Dove is an amazing narrator with any book he does. He as usual brings it all to the table and makes for an wondeful listen.

unexpected turn of events

Well, this book took some twists and turns that were completely unexpected. I really thought, from the cover, that it was going to be a western romance. Not at all! Three stories about about three amazingly handsome brothers and the women they fell in love with. There are a couple of ranches, and horses, and 'horses', but definitely not a western. Bit of magic and paranormal involved, and it was interesting though not usually my genre. Lot of sex in the first book, more story in the last two (still sex, though), and the magic advances through each book. If you like love stories with a bit of special magic, you will probably enjoy these three stories

COWBOYS WITH POWER

FEELS LIKE THE FIRST TIME - Clint & Lilly - Second chance love brings childhood sweethearts back together. Action ensues getting rid of an ex but love prevails. Good light romantic story.
WHEN YOU LEAST EXPECT IT - Cam & Ellie - Ellies moves next door to Clint & Cam's ranch after her father dies. There's magic on the land and beautiful ever afters. Never thought I'd like paranormal but was an interesting read.
COLTON'S MEMORY - Colton & Memory - More than instant-love, a connection that can not be broken transpires between Colton and Memory when they first meet. Unexplained powers, family members reunite and mystery make their story a good read that I completely enjoyed. Now to read The Whisperers.

An Awesome Book!

I loved reading Untamed, it was three books in one and was totally amazing! It was about three brothers and their significant others. Each story revolved around one brother at a time. The author wrote a very interesting story that actually fed off of each brothers take and culminated at the last story. It's an extremely intense book, and if you like things hot, and suspenseful then read this book. The book will make you laugh, cry, sigh, shake your head, and cum up a storm! I hope you enjoy reading about Clint & Lily, Cameron & Ellie & Colton & Memory as much as I enjoyed reading about them!

I cannot believe this book gets good reviews. I listened to the audio version and I forced myself to listen the entire first book. I had really high hopes for this one and it was a complete let down. I laughed out loud on many occasions. The whole thing felt flat and rushed. There was minimal character development and the "paranormal twist"??? Eye-roll worthy. It felt as though the author was like, "hey, this might make my book more interesting...". It didn't.

I didn't even attempt to read the other books in the series because this one was so bad.

Three books for the price of one! Contemporary Romances with bits of magic woven through. Fast moving stories that lead into the next book without being cliff hangers. (Also, the storyline bring in characters from some of her other books so we get to hear more about them.) Great balance of hot guys, suspense, mystery, intrigue, and romance!
There are a few editing misses and the cover looks more western than the books actually are. Overall, four stars for the story!

First time reading this author, can't say I have been much in the way of reading the paranormal, but have to admit I am now a fan of this author. The story sucked me in right from the start and I enjoyed it from the first page to the last. The characters were entertaining as their story was told and you got to know them and the story was complete.
Have to say I will look for more books from this author.
Well written and didn't leave you wanting for more, the story was completed.

Is there something like true love and destiny? These characters and their lives sure does make you want to believe in a predestined love which will come your way when it is time. With danger and lust swirling around these people's lives, one cannot help but be pulled along, hoping for a HEA.
Three short but enjoyable stories of love finally found and the security of the world as we known it, relying on these lovers finding each other.

Uhhh ( Mild Spoilers)

Ay yi yi. I love me a good cowboy story, I mean what lady wouldn't? Nice, rugged men are the stuff of fantasies..., but this book right here. I always find it hard to write negative reviews because the author puts a lot work in but this box set was not good for me. Between numerous editing issues, extreme insta-love and the outrageous supernatural element thrown in, this book just was not it for me.

This was a first for me from this author and I can say it won't be the last. I thoroughly enjoyed this box set. The book is centred around three brothers who are hot hot hot. Book 1 is Clint's story. Book 2 is Cam's story and the 3rd book is Coltons. Each of the brothers have been searching for their one woman who will give them their HEA. They each find it but find mystery and magic along the way. A definite page turner.

Oh my what a book. I thought for sure I was getting a cowboy book but never expected what it truly was. Paranormal is not usually something that interests me but this book was one of the best! I could not stop laughing. The words seem to jump to life while you are reading and you can vividly picture these people and what's going on. A definite must read!!

Mixed feelings

The series is different from the usual run of cowboy romances, but the inclusion of paranormal aspects is clumsy. The first book has more steam than the second or third. The third book feels rushed, as though the author were tired of the series. There are some grammatical errors, but no so much as to rate a rating reduction.
