Fast cars. Dark secrets. One woman racing against more than just time.

Ellie Harrier is making history as the first full-time female Formula 1 driver in thirty years. But as engines roar and cameras flash, she's not just battling for pole position - she's chasing the truth behind a fatal crash that rocked the racing world.

Her predecessor, Alastair Adams, died in a fiery wreck just moments from winning the championship. Some call it a tragic accident. Ellie calls it a warning.

Whispers of a buried exposé, a corrupt billionaire, and a cover-up at the highest levels of the sport haunt every turn of the track. With rivals on her tail, secrets in her team, and a target on her back, Ellie must risk everything to expose a conspiracy - and survive the season.

In the cutthroat world of Formula 1, victory is everything. But this time, losing could cost her life.

Perfect for fans of Drive to Survive, this turbo-charged thriller will leave you breathless.

This is a really well thought out book that takes you into the life of Ellie Harrier and her journey through the world of F1.

It's told from Ellie's perspective with many different angles being covered. The author has done a great job of making you feel like you're part of the team as you learn loads about life in formula one.

Her Dad Harry is her greatest champion and the only one backing her as Hugo his business partner is all for the money.

As the story progresses you really feel like you're wanting Ellie to beat her demons and overcome her past yet she has several hard times but still gets up and carries on and is a true fighter who won't take no for an answer.

The relationship with Callum and Link was interesting and the ending with Mickey I got and understood I just would have loved to have seen Mickey get his comeuppance as more could definitely be made of that especially the hold he had on HH.

What happened with Hugo at the end I never saw coming however after all he did with the Hyperion project I'm not surprised. I'm glad Ellie got Toby on board and as for Paloma her character was well portrayed.

I kept turning the pages going on come on Ellie you can do it! The character of Alistair at the beginning was told from the perspective that gets you hooked and is why I kept reading as I could tell there was a lot more to come around what he knew.

This is a great story, very in depth and I enjoyed going circuit to circuit as it's truly like your race side as you learn about the different turns and breaking late etc.

Great book and one I'm glad I read for free in return for a review 😊

I'd definitely like to see more from this author as he clearly does his work and research!

As an F1 fan I really enjoyed this story. It gives some background to the race wold and it has a great storyline, a woman racer who discovers secrets that other are convinced it should stay a secret at all costs.
This author knows abour the technical side and is a great storyteller.
