A Killer's Paradise: FBI Mystery Thriller

What if the perfect getaway hides a deadly surprise?

FBI Agent Jo Pullinger has always counted herself lucky. Ever since she transferred to Seattle, she’s avoided serious injury on the job. But her luck is about to run out.

After a foot chase gone wrong, she winds up in the hospital. Her boss orders her to take a vacation. He sends her to Stanrose Island, an idyllic location off the coast of Southern California.

When Jo arrives, she decides to make the most of things. Nothing but sun and waves. Or so she thinks.

Stanrose Island is about to be invaded. Its dark past will soon be unearthed. And Jo will find herself in the middle of it all. Injured, unarmed, and with no means of escape.

Exciting Vacation

Once again Jo Pullinger and friends head off on vacation. The last time they tried for a bit of relaxation it didn't work out so well. Will this time be different? Read A Killer's Paradise for the answer!

Poor Jo, McKinley and Ford literally can’t catch a break as they go on holiday (along with Ted), only for the private island they’re on to be swarmed by bad guys! It’s a thrilling read that keeps you turning the pages to find out what happens next. And I loved the post-incident action too, very satisfying. I’m looking forward to reading the next book, and seeing what the author puts them all through next!

Sorry to see this series come to an end. This was a fitting end, but I hope the author has some more to add to this series. The book are easy to read and the plot keeps you engaged with the characters and the plot twists making it hard to put the books down.

Love the series with Jo Pullinger and this book was great. I have all of the books with her in it and I haven't found a bad one yet. She finally gets a vacation but of course it doesn't go has planned. Ford is involved of course and Ted also in the action. This one will keep you on your toes.

Full of intrigue

A true story of secrets that had been held close for many years. Yet those secrets didn't protect everyone and caused the greedy to reek havoc on many all for nothing.

nice

Deception, masquerade (not the party type), decades long secrets held closely, vengeful descendants, and actual historical artifacts, all wrapped up in what was supposed to be a healing vacation.
