Ok, just imagine yourself stepping into a modern day urban depiction of Dante's Inferno for this wild ride, except, there are quite a few more levels to this tale of torture, and cautions against "chasing dreams of wealth and enterprise." You aren't necessarily going into purgatory with this novel; but you will come out feeling a bit tortured yourself.

William Burkhardt, you put together a masterpiece that will likely sit with me for quite some time. The story starts off fairly innocuous. A young hotel mogul experiences what he believes is a timely win, after he is able to scoop up a hotel that was left on the market due to it's previous owner's demise. But as the young man, Ox, celebrates the win along with his 30th birthday along with his two best friends, he ends up accepting an offer that he really should have refused. "Ox's" character development, along with his friends, Raph and Subway, will have you experiencing every piece of this book from start to finish.

Explicit violence and heart gripping emotions are what you need to expect when reading this book. So why haven't you read it yet?
