Every night, he appears in my dreams—the feral alpha who is my destiny.

And my death.

I’ve spent years haunted by a nightmare of running through the woods, hunted by a dark beast who uses fangs and claws to drag me down. And every night ends the same—using my dying breath to cry out his name.

Tauren.

It was only a matter of time before he claimed me, dragging me deep into the Wilds beyond the Wall—a savage, dystopian wilderness where women like me are strictly forbidden.

Now, the monster holds me captive, convinced I am fated to be his mate. And he won’t let me go. At least knot until I submit to the truth. That I am his forever.

***

The Wilds is a hot, new omegaverse from the author of The Boundarylands Omegaverse series. Featuring a new batch of seriously spicy alphas searching for their fated mates, plenty of action, and primal wolf shifter vibes.

I liked it but after 60% I lost interest. Also why would she go to an art gallery if she lives in the wilds now and nobody from the human world is allowed to know they exist and aren’t feral? Her making contact with Carol at the end baffles me. And everything felt predictable like let’s just ignore everything and not say anything to extend the pages of the book.

So excited

I was so excited to see a new series released by this author. Callie Rhodes is by far my favorite romance author. And this book did not disappoint. Loved the characters, the danger, and of course the steamy scenes. Only downside is I'll have to be more patient waiting as the other books in this series are released. But I know the wait will be worth it.

Pretty good first book with a fairly unique premise. I'm deducting a star because I feel the ending felt really rushed and I personally wanted more romance and smut and bonding, but still a pretty good read!

I was searching for an omegaverse and I like this author a lot but it ended super weird and rushed! But I did call who the bad guy was off his mate so that was fun! Interested to see how the rest of the books come out!

Mates

An amazing tale with huge dangerous alphas and weak humans! The two should never meet! But dreams tell a different story! When two worlds collide, all bets are off! Danger, betrayal, hatred, friendship, family, and life is on the line! Will good or evil win?

WOW ! To have such a terrible nightmare

One of the best sci-fi books I’ve read. It is so interesting and an excellent love story as well. It has a heck of a surprise ending.
