The author, Dan Hardez, has structured this anthology well. Each of the seven stories feels distinct, varying in length, focus, and tone, yet they build upon one another logically. For fans who love action, prepare to be thrilled. The sequences here are vivid, dramatic, and purposeful, always driving the plot forward rather than merely serving spectacle.
