About the author

ANDREW MCDONALD (1962-....) was born an Army brat and travelled the world until the ripe old age of 10. After attending Florida Institute of Technology on scholarship and graduating with a B.S. in Applied Mathematics (1985) he then spent seven years as an officer in the U.S. Army Signal Corps. He saw active duty during Desert Storm in the early 90's. Since then he has spent over 20 years as an emergency-911 police and fire dispatcher. He is the author of one full novel "Punishment and Good Deeds" and any number of shorter stories. Married since 1985 to his wife Emily, they and their four children, two grandchildren (so far), four dogs, a cat, and a bird reside in Florida.

"Twist" story about a 12 year old boy who wants a particular space shuttle toy for his birthday. Quick read. I'm not going to rate it because twist stories really aren't my thing.
