A teen goes missing. Her sister comes back to a town that blames her. The deeper she digs, the darker the truth becomes. She must find her sister before it’s too late.
This one has a lot of great twists and I thoroughly enjoyed the ride. There were a couple of small inconsistencies in the beginning -one that really stuck out was Bridget saying no one at the hostel knew her last name but literally a page later one of the people says her real name. But other than that it was a good fast paced action read.
This book was very good and suspenseful and kept you wondering exactly what was really going on until the end. You really need to read this one!!! After losing their parents the sisters were put in a foster home, and one left to travel at seventeen and was gone for ten years and when her sister was kidnapped, she came home to find her!! A must read for those who love a good mystery!!!
It took me a while to get into it. I've never been a fan of kidnapping books. About a quarter of the way through I was hooked. Couldn't hardly make myself put it down.
Kept me engaged so much that when family wanted my attention they got the mom look. Loved that one the sayings I grew up with is in here when it rains but the suns out…Devil beating his wife.
I almost put it down!!!!! Glad I stayed brave and finished it. So many great characters and all the female characters are boss!!!!definitely recommend.
Another great book by Alexandria Clarke. This book was a kidnapping story with lots of twists and turns. The characters were good as well as the story line. Recommended read
