Jesus calls every believer not only to follow Him but to help others follow Him as well. Yet many still wonder what that really looks like in daily life. The Noun and The Verb offers a clear biblical foundation and practical steps for embracing both our identity and our mission as disciples of Jesus.
At just two chapters, it’s a brief, accessible read designed to equip anyone who wants to grow—and help others grow—as a follower of Christ.
This book helps you see that evangelism and making disciples is a part of one interconnected lifelong process. It was always supposed to be an ongoing, relational process, NOT a product to be produced. We first become a disciple of Jesus, then mature as a disciple of Jesus, including discipling others toward Jesus. Karl breaks down clearly what it means to be a disciple and also gives practical ways to disciple others.
This was a great book, making clear that “Jesus is still follow-able” while challenging us to not only follow him in our lives but holistically disciple others who might disciple others. Great and easy read.
