He's a billionaire, and a bear, and he'd never let anything happen to his mate.
When billionaire tech mogul Ryder Hart returns to Bearstone Park, he isn't expecting to meet the love of his life and prove his father right about mates and love at first sight. He isn't expecting curvaceous, stubborn accountant Janna Wright.
Janna doesn't know what to make of enormous, famous, gorgeous Ryder suddenly pursuing her. She's still trying to get over getting cheated on in a past relationship, and her mother taught her that if something seems too good to be true, it usually is. But when Ryder makes her an offer she can't refuse to work with him up at his huge, luxurious mountain lodge, she accepts, despite the danger to her heart.
Now Ryder just has to show Janna that men may be dogs, but bears rule the forest. And what a bearllionaire wants, a bearllionaire gets.
Terry is the author of over forty bestselling shifter romances. She spends her spare time dreaming of dragons, playing with her pets, and watching sunsets from her home in the mountains alongside her husband (who she suspects would make a great bear shifter). She loves the wild outdoors, her fans, all readers, and getting lost in a great book.

Dude, what a ride. I picked up Bearllionaire in hopes I'd read the classic love story between a woman and a stranger she meets who also happens to be super hot and rich and that was delivered. Wait, did I mention this same dude also happens to shift into a huge grizzly bear? Because he does. And it's awesome. Terry Bolryder writes telling and not showing, which means you'll have to taker her word when she says how much Ryder loves Janna or how Ryder feels about his parents or how Janna's a strong woman. You'll also have to deal with the fact that the couple meet and fall in love and get engaged in the spam of three days. And how Janna has two friends who only talk about dudes (but don't worry!! They supposedly talk about other stuff when we're not seeing). And how those same dudes also turn into giant bears trhough a mist without further explanation. It just happens. It did have great parts, though. The whole bear shapeshifting (and being able to talk while bear). Janna herself, who didn't have much voice (The narrator focus a lot more on Ryder's struggle and feelings), is a dark / brown skinned chubby woman who builds her own life despite what her ex had done to her. All the good bits that were hilarious (even though I'm pretty sure they weren't meant to be). The fact that Ryder's career was built, partially, thanks to his inner bear. Honestly, I could go on, but you get the idea. Bearllionaire was a wild ride and I'm glad I read it.
I feel almost bad for giving it 1 star because I went into it knowing it'd be horrible. Still, facts are facts and one of them is this book sucked big time.
You can go to my blog to read about the full experience (link below) because honestly, I just don't have the energy to go over it once more here. Let's just say this book was a Hot Mess. Except there was nothing hot about it so I guess it was just a mess.
Honestly, my sister got my this book as part of a long-standing inside joke, and I only read it because it's so short and I'm committed to the bit. This isn't my kinda book, but I tried to rate it for what it is and not for the fact that it turns out billionaire bear shifter books aren't for me.
Imo the fact that he turns into a bear wasn't enough of the book? Like I was expecting her to like ride on his back through the woods and go catch salmon or something. The writing wasn't great and the dialogue was awkward, but it was definitely a book about a lady getting spicy with a billionaire who can turn into a bear. Which I think is what people who want to read it are signing up for.
How cute! If you are looking for a light, paranormal sexy read...look no further. Of course, there are some parts where you'll find yourself saying..."but I thought he was a BEAR..." when some events happen/slip by him.
hello let me tell you the emergency kit for this book the kit includes tissues, panties, ice cream, a stress ball and sometimes on rare occasions pillow to scream in.
first you meet janna she's shy and with a self esteem issue due to her ex cheating on her wont go into details but her ex is an a*s with a capital A she's having a girls time out with her two best friends when in comes ryder and his two brothers their at the lodge to fulfil their fathers will and their eyes meet insta attraction. back at work the next day her ex decided to visit her but as usual she refuses to talk to him in comes ryder and he doesn't like the look of the ex and decided to bring her into help him with the lodges finances the last manager was embezzling from the lodge and he wanted her help to fix it when he gets her up there he decides to turn on the charm in comes the need for new panties and the ice cream when she tells him about what happened to her you'll need the tissues when he decides not to trust her with his secret until its too late you'll need the stress ball and pillow lol its a good read and one you wont regret reading
Good story but I didn't really connect with Janna. She didn't seem nearly half as emotionally invested as Ryder and that skewed the relationship for me. The overall idea was good and the beginning was hot but I was disappointed after that.
Good story. I think this is my first bear shifter story. I wasn't disappointed. I enjoyed tis authors writing. I will definitely read something else by Terry.
Enjoyable enough coffee time read. Janna is shy and has some self-esteem issues due to her cheating ex. The ex spends his time in this book trying ot get Janna back. Whilst having a girls night out with her two best friends, in walks three very hot male specimens. Janna only has eyes for one. Ryder and his two brothers are grizzly shifters returning their family ski lodge. Sadly their father has just died but he told them how he regretted his treatment of their mother who was his mate. Unfortunately male bears are told to go and father as many children as possible and true mates are not real. This behaviour of course hurt their mother. Janna and Ryder have an instant attraction but it takes a while for them to get to their HEA. I loved Ryders relationship and conversations with his bear. So cute. His attempts to woo a reluctant Janna made for good reading. Janna of course is human and knows nothing of shifters, so a shock is ahead for her. Her two best friends seem earmarked for the other brothers but stubborn male comes to mind. Read and reviewed previously but review is missing. No hardship to read these again.
I’m glad that Ryder was equally appalled by the pun “bearllionaire” as I was. I was half expecting this book to be Fifty Shades but with bear shifters. I was happy that it was your rather typical paranormal romance. The writing itself started decent but became less engaging as the book went on. What kept me reading was the fact that the heroine was not blonde, skinny with enormous boobs and bright blue eyes. She was overweight with dark skin, hair, and eyes. She was desired by a conventionally attractive man and couldn’t understand or believe it. Since I think more books need to be written about women who are beautiful but don’t meet conventional standards of beauty, I’m happy I spent the money on it.
Wow. What a trip that was to read. I honestly don't even know where to begin reviewing a piece like this. It was exactly what I expected it to be, and I'm not sure if that is a good thing or not. I breezed through this book, it may have been a total of 2 hours reading time, and I don't think I can remember a book with such generous spacing in a paperback print (2.5 line spacing!?). The story is simple, with a number of moments where I laughed out loud (but I'm not sure if they were intended as humorous), the pacing is strange. I wouldn't say this should be on a must read list, but for something to pass the time it was just fine.
What a awesome story Bearllionaire is to read. I have been wanting to read Terry Bolryder for a long time and it's everything I expected it to be and so adorable and heartwarming. I could benign on her books for weeks. I enjoyed her characters there is the right amount of drama, emotional scenes and I enjoy how beautiful her sexy scenes are written. The story is so captivating, exciting and steamy hot. I highly enjoyed every moment of the characters and the story. I can't wait to read the next book she has written. This is a fun, compelling and sizzling hot romance.
This was a very slow start for me. After barrelling through all the books by this author before this one, maybe I needed a timeout. I am not sure, but I did find this one hard to get into. It seemed so . . . I don't know. Nothing new. Same ol'. Instalove. Hope in the sack. It wasn't until about two thirds through that it actually got interesting and I rushed to finish, just to see what would happen. *sigh* I guess we can't love them all. But, this was still an okay read.
Bearllionaire: (Bearstone Park Book 1) by Terry Bolryder. Billionaire bear shifter Ryder Hart returns to Bearstone Park with his 2 brothers to settle their fathers estate. As he enters the lodge his father owned he sees Janna and instantly knows she is his mate. But Janna is human and doesn't know about bear shifters or mates.
I choose 5 stars because it's a wonderful and complete novel. There is nothing I can say to make this book even better. It has it all. I'm looking forward to the stories of the 2 brothers. If you like bear paranormal then don't miss this series.
I enjoyed this story. It was so nice to see a man that was vulnerable. An obnoxious womanizer who learned a lesson from a woman he wouldn't usually pick up. He worked hard for her. She had her own baggage and she learned a thing or two from him.
This book was awesome💥 I couldn't put it down. It had me feeling a lot of emotions, laughter, rooting for Ryder who had little experience in women even though he was a billionaire. On to the next book📗 in this series.
Always a great read with characters. You can’t help but like in a storyline that keeps you interested. Looking forward to reading the next one and this will be a great reread in the future.
