Does anyone else feel the story is getting stale?? After the main series of battling plants, animals, and insects, can we not get some human antagonists in the spin-offs or an actual ghost (I understand there are censors, but there are creative ways to get around them). More often than once, I thought the story should be renamed "Candle in the The Animal Kingdom" for its over use of animals as a foil to move the story along. The author up to this point has resorted to making up imaginary animal villains, its very ridiculous. I give this book two stars because the interactions between the main characters taking place before and after the adventures are very entertaining, but that is about it.
